Chef Nancea year agoI loved the variety of affordable frames, however the quality of the lenses were terrible. After 6 months they were so scratched I couldn’t see. Soozee said they were cleaning scratches which I had never experienced anywhere else. Soozee said she was going to order new lenses so I came in a week or so later and she had forgotten to order them. I went back today 2 weeks later and still no glasses. I’m wearing my old glasses and need my new ones now! Note: Their hours are so limited it makes me worried they’ll be going out of business soon. It started off great but not so much anymore.🙁
JoAnti Costaa year agoI spent $100 on readers a few months ago. The spring broke on side flap 2 days ago. So I take it in to see what could be done. I was told nothing could be done and it would cost to fix it than to get a new pair. Wouldn’t have such a problem with more communication and understanding , but I found the woman to be defensive and a bit rude so done with that place … I guess I’m back to my drugstore readers because those things don’t tend to break.
Darcy Snider3 years agoI LOVE Wink Eyewear!! I had been searching for a pair of unique prescription glasses for over a year and everything was similar and boring to me. When I walked into Wink, I was immediately in heaven. So many super cool glass frames to choose from!! I have already bought two pairs even though I really could only afford one! I just couldn't stop myself. I still love them both. I also had prescription sunglasses made from my old frames. They did a great job filling the prescriptions and stand by their work. Soozee, who runs Wink, is a fantastic help and so much fun, not to mention a very sweet person. Eye exams are available on the premises by a very thorough optician. I am going to use her next time.
Maximus D11 years agoThey have a great selection of frames that are not your typical big box brand type. I'm pretty finicky about my glasses, and the help there was really nice and let me try on stuff and not have to commit until I was ready. It actually took a few weeks for me to settle in on a style, and I loved the experience so much I bought a second pair of prescription sunglasses a few months later. They even have someone that can do exams on site.
Tessa Heeren4 years agoAbsolutely loved! The entire inventory is super international, fun, modern, classic, funky, and cool, just like the curator, Soozee. Soozee helped me find sunglasses that fit my style and budget, which is hard to do! She adjusted them, too, and I haven’t taken them off since! 😎
