Debra Dalchera month agoConvenient to restaurants and shopping. Less crowded than staying in Seattle, but still easy to travel into town. Tidy room with caring staff. Would stay again. Thanks so much for making me a “special” guest. Breakfast and coffee for our group really hit the spot!
Jamie M3 months agoMy husband and I always stay at Hotel 116 whenever we are in the area. The staff is amazing. The front desk employees are kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to make your stay wonderful. The lobby is very warm and inviting. The rooms are always very clean, and they have a great layout with plenty of storage space to feel right at home. They are located within walking distance to the light rail for an easy trip into Seattle. We strongly recommend Hotel 116.
Misce H.2 months agoThe staff was wonderful. I was thankful the pool was open: my husband and daughter were able to swim while I was in the hospital. We chose Hotel 116 because of how near it was to Overlake. Staff worked with us on our stay. We came a night early; and they have us a late checkout (which we ended up not needing). But, it was there if needed it. The rooms need lights. At least ours did. There was no overhead lights on the ceilings. Only 4 small lamps. And, our king size bed was saggy in the middle and floppy on the sides.
Badri M.6 months agoThe hotel’s location and customer service are excellent. The room was very nice and clean, and I especially liked the layout and overall design. The only issue I noticed was that the sink and bathtub did not seem properly cleaned; there was some green residue and old dirt coming out when the water was turned on. Aside from that, the stay was very pleasant.
BodiesByRich3 months agoRooms are very clean and hotel staff is very helpful. Location of hotel is premier for what we came to do. Would definitely stay again. Only concern is the room key issue. Keys are very sensitive. We were locked out of our room several time since the key cannot touch almost anything. Should make a protective sleeve to prevent this issue. Other than that, hotel staff made sure we had what we needed. All in all, great spot. Would definitely recommend.
