Deena Bean2 weeks agoThis was my second conference here and this venue did not disappoint. The main ballroom provided plenty of seating, a large media screen, wifi, and water on every table. There were several smaller rooms on the same floor (4th) and an outdoor patio. The catering here is always excellent with coffee, tea, and soft drinks available as well based on what the event coordinator provides. 5 stars! This is the best event venue I've seen so far.

Here’s a heartfelt and polished review for Meydenbauer Bay Park based on your experience: ⸻ A Hidden Gem on the East Side – Breathtaking, Peaceful, and Perfect for All Ages Meydenbauer Bay Park is honestly one of my absolute favorite parks in the entire East Side of Washington. The lakefront views are simply stunning, framed by gorgeous multi-million dollar homes that add to the serene, upscale feel of the area. It’s a family-friendly haven, often filled with friendly ducks, children playing, and people enjoying the water. Whether you’re into paddle boarding, boating, swimming, or just relaxing by the water, the park offers a wide range of activities—complete with clean shower and bathing facilities that make it incredibly convenient. I’ve often imagined hosting a wedding or special event here because the setting is just that beautiful, though I’m not sure if it’s officially allowed. Regardless, this park holds a special place in my heart, and I will definitely be coming back again and again. It’s a true gem that offers both peaceful retreat and vibrant recreation—perfect for all ages.

Cindy Backman2 years agoWe've filmed a conference here 4 years in a row now, and Meydenbauer Center is a great place for conferences. The staff here are all amazing and keep the center running very smoothly. And the food has been fantastic, serving breakfast and lunch plus all sorts of snacks during breaks, for all 4 days of the event. There is a great outdoor area for the times when the sun is shining and people need to take a break from the event. Lots of seating. The rooms are set up great for presentations. It's a beautiful venue inside.
