Aiden Hayesa month agoMy wife and I stayed here for 4 nights for our honeymoon, and the hotel was absolutely incredible! There was a slight hiccup when trying to check in, it unfortunately took quite a while to resolve, and was actually mostly fixed by my father-in-law, and not staff. However, as soon as that was sorted out, the stay was amazing! The room was exceptional, room service was polite and not too pushy, the view off of our balcony over the Riverwalk was super cool, and the provided breakfast we got tasted great. Franco took care of service for breakfast almost every morning we were here, and did an amazing job. It all came together into the best honeymoon we could have asked for.
Craig Brown2 weeks agoAmanda did an OUTSTANDING job for us during our stay. Attentive, getting all the details right, prompt and so friendly. Can’t recommend her, the staff and the quality of the meals. Wish there were more than 5 stars for her and the crew.
Surojit Mukherjee5 months agoOverall the room on 11th floor was good. No lounge facilities in the building , not much benefits for Titanium or Platinum status guests. Gym was very average and needs upgrades. I used it twice and day two water dispenser was empty. So no regular checks on the area. Plenty of good Marriott hotels in the area to try on next trip. No, I would not recommend going back. Only 2 of 4 elevators were functioning Fri- Sunday.
Tara Hudson2 months agoOverall our stay was nice and we would return only if the pool were heated, rooms weren’t so cold, prices on vending goes down a bit, and valet goes down a bit especially if we are expected to tip. The location is absolutely amazing. We adjusted the room temp to 80 yet it still felt like 60. The pool area had no lights and the water was super cold and that’s one of the reason I chose this hotel. The staff was very helpful all the way around though. I wish we would have eaten at the restaurant!
Declan Gormleya month agoOur server Amanda at Zacca was phenomenal. She was so helpful with my wife who has celiac. We have had a very hard time getting gluten free food and Amanda went way above and beyond to help us find a delicious meal. She was gracious and kind. A model employee! Thank you!
