  Fantastic hotel in the center of downtown. Perfect location in the IDS building, within walking distance of tons of food options. Rooms were spectacular. No real comment on service as I did contactless check in and didn't need any assistance. Looking forward to the next stay.

  Understaffed hence no service. Requested non working toilet be fixed 7 times never happened. Response was to hand me a plunger. No air conditioning in public areas all weekend. Restaurant facility was inconvenient due to limited hours. No small amenity such as note pad or pen. Seems hotel had declined since my last visit a year ago. I sense it will be closing in near future. Garage was excellent as was location. It will not be seeing me again

  Tatiana was the most kind, down-to-earth, and helpful person as we navigated our tricky reservation needs. I don't think I have ever experienced this level of service from a hotel before, and as a frequent business traveler, that is saying a lot. I highly recommend this hotel based on service alone, and I am so grateful we will be staying at this hotel shortly.

  I chose this hotel based on an AI recommendation, although I had several other options. I arrived in Minneapolis around 8pm and picked up my rental car before 9pm, but I did not get into my room until nearly 11pm. By around 9:30pm, I was already near the hotel, but at night the location was extremely confusing. There were multiple signs around the building, yet none clearly led to an accessible entrance. With so many one-way streets, I circled the same blocks five or six times. It was only with the help of a police officer that I finally found the hotel. The front desk staff were kind, but valet parking had already closed. I was directed to a public garage, but I could only find exits and not the entrance. I had to keep circling again and eventually parked in another building’s garage that I could not even identify. The floor was nearly empty, most doors were locked, and I had no clear way to get back. Again, with the help of a police officer, I finally made it to the hotel. On the way, I encountered suspicious people and felt unsafe enough that I had to walk in the street with my luggage. I do not understand how a hotel of this size can have no safe and workable solution for late-arriving guests, especially solo travelers. This is not fair, and it is not professional. If you cannot be certain you will arrive during daylight, do not choose this hotel. This was the most terrifying experience of my life, and one of the worst choices I have ever made.

  This hotel is fantastic! The building itself is beautiful, and the location is perfect. It's easy to access with plenty of things nearby. I also really appreciated how secure the building felt, and the parking was very reasonably priced. *One thing to note is there were some dark stains on one of the pillow cases and that was a bit of a turn off. I forgot to mention it when I checked out. Otherwise everything was fantastic.
