J. Glen Weavera month agoWe just spent four wonderful days at the Four Seasons Minneapolis with family and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The property truly feels like an oasis in the city. The outdoor pool was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the indoor pool, steam room, sauna, and fitness center. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The Fourth of July weekend made the stay even more special, and we appreciated how well the hotel handled the holiday crowds while still feeling calm and luxurious. This wasn’t our first time staying at a Four Seasons, but what sets this property apart is the exceptional staff. We’re especially grateful to Anh Tran (Riva Restaurant and Pool) and Laurent Fossé (Hotel Manager) for their warmth and attentiveness. We also want to thank Jessica, Silvana, John, Owen, Simon, Harrison, Analee, Kenan, Victor, and Brandon at the front desk, along with the many other team members who made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Their professionalism and friendliness elevated the entire experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-run hotel with outstanding service in Minneapolis, this is the one. We’ll definitely be back.
Ryan Hallera month agoCouldn’t be more pleased with this hotel. Minneapolis needed a five star hotel, and Four Seasons delivered. Loved the fourth floor rooftop where you could enjoy the rooftop pool, the fire pits and great restaurant. Had Sunday brunch downstairs and all of our guests gave it five stars. It would be hard to come back to Minneapolis and not stay at the 4S.

This stay had a few service inconsistencies, but instead of leaving disappointed, we shared our feedback directly. A huge thank you to Audeline, the Rooms Assistant Manager, for taking the time to genuinely listen. She never made us feel dismissed, acknowledged our concerns, and went above and beyond to recover our experience with such kindness and professionalism. To us, luxury hospitality isn’t about never making mistakes—it’s about how those moments are handled. Audeline completely changed our final impression, and we’re already looking forward to coming back this fall. Thank you for making us feel heard and valued.
Karl Meierding4 months agoStayed for a weekend with my wife and daughter. We had a great stay. The room was very spacious with great views of the skyline and the Mississippi River. We enjoyed using the pool and had a good breakfast at Mara. The room price is definitely higher than other options in downtown Minneapolis, but worth it IMO. We would definitely stay here again.
