Elizabeth Brammer6 months agoWow- amazing hospitality and cleanliness. I would certainly recommend. Not only was the hotel room rate very reasonable, the room was really clean, spacious, well appointed and quiet! As I was checking out with two large bags, a gentleman in a suit offered to help me to my car in the parking garage. I later found out he was the managing director of the hotel. This amazing level of service starts at the top and trickles down, I was impressed.
Steve O6 months agoAn excellent experience from the luxurious rooms to the comfortable beds, the beautiful views and all the way to the attentive and well informed staff. I have to thank Romar, who was largely responsible for my perfect first impression. He is a hard-working, knowledgeable, fine, young man and Hilton should be good to him and make sure they keep him happy. Incidentally, apparently, he is happy. it shows in his attitude and he's been there 11 years. I will definitely stay here again and next time, I'll try the restaurant.
Jose Avilesa month agoGreat service and amazing location. Katherine really did a great job with communicating before our arrival and was very helpful with my crazy requests. This hotel is in a great location, directly across the street from the Target Center and Target Field. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Best stay we've had.
Steve Nelson3 months agoWe unexpectedly came into a pair of tickets for a Timberwolves game and this property is literally across the street. The High floor room corner view was amazing. Check in and all further interactions with staff were top-notch. The onsite restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast. No complaints whatsoever. We will definitely be back.
Charlie G2 months agoDid a staycation here with my wife and another couple. Here's the honest breakdown: The location is genuinely unbeatable. That alone is worth something, and it's the main reason I'd consider coming back. Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. No complaints there. Parking is a headache. You have to pay by phone, but there's no cell reception 30 feet underground. Figure that one out. To get to your room, you take one set of elevators to reach another set of elevators. Annoying. And in the public elevator lobby, there's a thick carpet that I tripped over every single time. It's a real trip hazard and likely an ADA issue. The room felt updated and modern, though you can still notice traces of an older hotel underneath. The curtains were the biggest frustration. The edges don't close and the panels don't overlap in the middle, so we got hit with full sunlight at 6:30 AM. Bring a sleep mask. The bed is springy and firm. I woke up with back pain both mornings. My friends didn't seem bothered, so this may come down to personal preference. Overall, it's a fine one-night stay if you're here for the location. But the bed would have sent me home early if we'd stayed longer.
