Ehab Rizeka month agoWe stayed at this hotel for our wedding weekend, and also rented a space here for our rehearsal dinner. The rehearsal dinner was absolutely perfect and the staff were amazing. The stay at the hotel was also great. They even kept the bar open late for our wedding group for a little after party celebration. Alexandra Shaffer was the staff member we communicated with and she was so nice and so accommodating. Thanks for an unforgettable wedding weekend! Highly recommend.
The Original Jonezz!7 months agoRestaurant staff was great. A once great luxury hotel is a shadow of what it used to be. Wanted to soak in a bath. Couldn't get the tub to hold water. Plugged it with a rag but barely fixed it. I was so cold and in pain I almost couldn't get out of the piss poor tub. No fridge no microwave. My food I order I couldn't even take home with me. Really sad to see this once great hotel fall like this. No room service either due to insufficient staffing
Brendan Shanahan6 months agoExtremely dated hotel and you can tell they haven’t put any money to try to improve it. Wall paper peeling, bathtub doesn’t drain so you take a shower in standing water. Hallways are extremely dim, carpet is worn, doors have wear marks all over. It unfortunately screams there is little care for this place

Melissa Goodman6 months agoOld , very out dated. My room was had no microwave. No fridge. Barely any channels. A small TV. No alarm clock. The chair was about to break and wabble. Finger prints all over the bathroom door. The ice machine was broken on my floor. Floor 3. No room service. No breakfast. Wallpaper peeling. Cracks in sink. Hard, stinky, Small towels. Bath robe is small and falling apart lmao. Dust on ceiling. Mold on floor board. My work rented the room for the weekend because of the snow storm. What a let down.
