Dee Koops2 months agoFrom the moment we stepped out of our taxi we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The room and view were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easily walked to shops and restaurants nearby - very convenient. We got the Gold Lounge access and that was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the happy hour in the afternoon.
Jessica Olivia Wijaya2 months agoWe had a truly wonderful stay at Fairmont Singapore. As an Accor member, I have stayed at many properties within the group, and this experience was truly outstanding. From check-in to check-out, every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and professional. The level of service was exceptional and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. One gesture that particularly stood out was when my husband needed an additional power outlet for his CPAP machine. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us and made every effort to accommodate his needs. Their willingness to help was greatly appreciated. Another thoughtful touch was returning to our room after dinner to find everything perfectly tidied and refreshed. Bottled water had even been placed beside the bed, making us feel especially comfortable and well looked after. It is the attention to detail and genuine hospitality that made our stay so memorable. Thank you to the entire Fairmont Singapore team for providing such outstanding service and making us feel truly welcome. We will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. Thank you, Fairmont Singapore, for an exceptional experience!

Peter Clark2 months agoFrom the moment we arrived at the Fairmont the service and staff were amazing. The concierge were so pleasant and helpful, check in was easy and the staff at the Golden Lounge were nothing short of incredible, special mention to Jess, Ella and Ivan who all helped make our stay an enjoyable experience.. The room facing the Marina Bay Sands was so plentiful, thank you for the upgrade. The water dispenser was a pleasant addition. The Anti-Dote Bar was a classy lovely environment to chill out with incredible Cocktails which my partner loved and as with the rest of the hotel the staff were so wonderful. The location of the Hotel you couldn't ask for better, so centrally located and so easy to get around. Thank you to the Fairmont for making our stay so enjoyable and we look forward in returning.
Edmon Michaela month agoThe Fairmont is a very luxurious hotel, we had an amazing time there but they have 2 issues they need to fix! 1 - The fridge in the room has no space for our privately bought items ( and they have a warning to prevent you from moving any of the hotel items out, otherwise you will be billed for it!) 2- The Swimming pool temperature is really cold , needs a few degrees top up ( even with solar heating ). However the spa is amazing and very warm
