  This hotel is perfect for the Playhouse Square downtown Cleveland experience. Its conveniently located where you can do all the fun, exciting, and easy to get to things that you wish to do. Also there are so many restaurants, places to eat, and stores up and down the street. So walking to these places is easy and convenient. The valet parking at the hotel was wroth it and easily accommodating for me. The hotel employees were extremely friendly helpful, and professional. And the rooms were absolutely comfortable and so very relaxing. And very clean too. I had the best stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

  This place was amazing. Staff were very friendly the rooms super clean bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed that we had in awhile from hotels. We normally stay at holiday inn express but we haven’t been to thrilled with them lately so we tried a crowne plaza. Will definitely book these more when available in the area we are traveling. The ONLY thing is they don’t offer the free continental breakfast and the rooms DO NOT have a microwave. We stayed for a guardians game and everything was within walking distance from hotel.

  I emailed the front desk at the email provided after my stay to give them an opportunity to make things right, or to even offer an apology...but I never received any follow up besides an automated email followed by a survey - which I sure filled out. I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel on the night of November 18th, 2025. I chose your hotel specifically because of the advertised hot tub amenity and was looking forward to using it; unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations for the price paid. The primary issue was with the hot tub itself. The water temperature was only lukewarm, the water level was significantly low, and the jets did not function properly even after using the timer control. The experience was underwhelming and a significant point of disappointment. Additionally, while the room was generally clean, there were some maintenance issues that detracted from the stay. I noted visible water stains on the ceiling and some remaining rose petals on the floor from a previous guest. The water pressure of the shower fluctuated while in use, some points down to a trickle. Although I will say that I think the shower was hotter the the "hot tub". The in-room entertainment system was also problematic. I had intended to connect a personal device via the HDMI port, but found this was impossible due to a persistent on-screen menu that could not be dismissed. Furthermore, adjusting volume required using the hotel's TV box, limiting functionality when using an external device. Overall, I expected a higher standard of service and amenity functionality for the price I paid, and I left feeling extremely disappointed. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you can address these issues for future guests.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing. We paid for a suite and were given a room with a damaged/unsafe-looking ceiling directly above my child’s sleeping area. This was not just cosmetic it raised real health concerns and made the room feel completely unacceptable for a family stay. On top of that, the TV was not functioning properly, and the breakfast (which we paid for) was honestly one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced. The most frustrating part was the front desk interaction. I was treated dismissively and rudely in front of my children when trying to resolve a simple issue, to the point where my 9-year-old even commented on how poorly I was being treated. Management has since responded, but only addressed a duplicate charge not the room condition, service issues, or overall experience. For the price paid, this was far below expectations. I would not stay here again

  Room was ok, nothing special. Cold shower, even though this was "fixed" multiple times during my stay. Bins not emptied each day when room was cleaned - they were full. The staff were extremely rude and would ignore you when waiting at the desk to continue their own conversations or use their phones. Service in the breakfast restaurant continued the trend for rude people working there, the manager was micromanaging a new employee on their first day (who was doing a great job, and probably the nicest employee in the place - maybe the manager needed to micromanage her to be more rude like the rest of them). Management telling customers that the employee is new and has a lot to learn, in front of her face, is not a good look! Overall I would not stay here again. If I owned the place I would clear house and start from the ground up! Staff need serious public relations training. Avoid this place like the plague.
