  The location is perfect if your goal is to visit disney land, its a 10/15 min walk to the tram to Disney! Rooms were tidy but I was not a fan of the supplies in the bath, the soap didnt lather much and unfortunately I also didnt get sleep cause of the constant turning off of the air condition. I am a person who needs fan, the AC turns off once it reaches a particular temperature and I couldn't figure out how to keep it on due to being so tired. The service was okay, they didnt even offer us water in the counter when we came all tired but did notice them offering bottles to the people visiting when we were leaving. Overall a decent stay though for a day visit.

  Stayed here with the family for a 3 day Disney trip. Our family prefers this side of the hotel area to the other because it feels way less busy. Still easy to get to the park although it is about a mile walk, so I’m sure there are some families that would not like that. Rooms are clean and large enough for families. Counter space was limited in our bathroom but some rooms may have more. Breakfast is great and is ready at 6:30 during the week leaving plenty of time to eat and walk to the park for rope drop. Pro tip: if you are going to walk, go out the back through the rear parking lot and walk through the Holiday Inn parking lot before turning left onto Walnut to head towards Magic Way. You can make it to security at downtown Disney in about 15 minutes at a brisk pace.

  Great stay! The front desk supervisor, Randy, was so kind and helpful. My mom and I came to Anaheim to go to Disneyland and my mom accidentally booked us in a Super 8 motel which was not up to our safety and cleanliness standards. Around 10 pm, we realized we couldn't stay there another minute and decided to book at Springhill after a quick Google search. When we got to Springhill Suites around 10:30, dead tired from the road trip and stressed from the error we had made, Randy made us feel right at home. He got us checked in quickly and he was very sympathetic to our situation. On top of that, the room was exactly what we needed. Clean, roomy, and lots of amenities like a fridge, microwave etc. Also, the free breakfast in the morning was tasty and the service area was clean and well maintained. This place would be perfect for families going to Disneyland or anyone staying in the Anaheim area. Thanks Randy and Springhill for a very enjoyable stay.

  Really enjoyed our 5-day Disney trip and this was a great location for us. It was really convenient to have complimentary breakfast onsite before heading to the park. Easy 10-minute walk, quiet at night, and great customer service. Jesse at the front desk was exceptional - kindly assisted us with all the requests throughout the stay, kept my daughter excited about the scavenger hunt, helped with the late checkout. Would return here for our next Disney trip!

  Great rooms could not hear anyone else next door, very close walk to Disney about a mile. Good pricing for the area and the free breakfast was very good. The staff was very courteous. We will be staying here again.
