Elize Harrella year agoWhen I first arrived the spa seemed great. However, once I started my 80 min hot stone massage things went downhill fast. The masseuse did not massage my triceps, biceps, hamstrings or back. In fact she proceeded to massage my spine... also there was no privacy. To top this bad experience off, there was no conditioner, or lotion in the bathroom. All the supplies were completely empty. I would definitely not recommend.
Wandering Lovebirdsa year agoWe enjoyed a relaxing couples massage at the JW Marriott Spa, and I treated myself to an express facial too. The massage itself was lovely, nothing earth-shattering, but definitely a much-needed unwind after a day of traveling. We upgraded to hot stones, which added a cozy touch. Champagne afterward was the cherry on top! The relaxation room was beautiful and peaceful. Shoutout to Kelly and Lilli; they took great care of us. It’s a little pricey for 50 minutes, but you’re also paying for the upscale vibes and serene setting.
Jessica Wellette8 months agoI went to the JW Marriott yesterday for a massage. I was having a difficult day, and Leslie (my massage therapist) completely turned my day around. She was so sweet and kind. I had paid for the stone massage, however, based on my symptoms, she recommended that I do lymphatic drainage. That was amazing and made me feel so much better the rest of the day. Overall, great experience. The staff were so friendly. The spa was very clean. The complimentary rose was delicious. I'm a local and have been to several spas in Nashville, this was one my favorites!

I had scheduled a surprise couples massage for my man for Christmas and there was a miscommunication when the appointment was made which led to us having to reschedule. Erin, the spa director, provided the most exceptional customer service and made the inconvenience of having to reschedule completely worthwhile. The massage therapists, Kitty and Amanda, were absolutely amazing and created an experience of a lifetime. We will be coming back as soon as we can! Thank you!
Erin Frazier10 months agoMy boyfriend and I had a fantastic 80 minute couple massage. From the intake to check out it was a very pleasant experience. Jessica and Mr Billy were fantastic. Mr Billy was my provider and would know to adjust intensity by a shift in my breathing. The bathrobes are super warm and fluffy and the refreshments and glass of rose was the cherry on top! Thanks for a special birthday weekend!
