Donna and her team were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and attentive throughout the entire process. From early planning through onsite execution, everything was smooth, clear, and well organized. They partnered with us to design an event that fit our needs perfectly and delivered across the board with warm hospitality, a modern and well‑appointed venue, excellent food, reliable AV, and the added bonus of free parking for our attendees. We would gladly host another event here and highly recommend the Southwestern Conference Center.

They seemingly had everything we needed, volunteered to help bring food in, and were very responsive and easy to work with. Fully equip with A/V visuals and sound system. There are multiple spaces to choose from, so we were able to get rooms that fit our exact needs. We also really enjoyed that we were able to cater our own food and bring our own decorations.
John Pryor4 months agoThe Southwestern Conference Center was great for our 2 day event. The hotel close by made it easy for out of town guest to access the center. Donna was outstanding to work with before, during, and after our event. Highly recommend the Southwestern Conference Center.
