  Beautiful hotel hay sits atop a hill. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I had a king suite. Gorgeous view!! I loved my walk in shower. The bed was a little to firm but, it was good. I wish I had a microwave in the room, but room service was available until 1am. There are not a lot of restaurants around the hotel, but eateries were available attractive few miles up the road.

  Overall another great Sonesta. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. Our room was very spacious, however, I will say that the bathroom was a bit cramped. The on-site restaurant and room service was excellent. Nice pool area and fitness center. They also had on-site laundry where guests could do their own laundry if they wanted. Easy parking and 10 minute drive from downtown, if that's your vibe. Free airport shuttle, too. Everything and more you'd expect from a nice airport hotel. The one knock was that the check-in experience didn't quite live up to the high standards I have become accustomed to at Sonesta properties. The person who helped us wasn't all that great. Had trouble checking us in early and didn't properly note our late check-out (Travel Pass benefit) but she seemed nice enough as a person so no big deal. If I have to come back to Nashville, I'll be back at the Sonesta!

  This was my 1st time staying here. I was told it was 4 star. It really isn't. The staff was overall nice and accommodating. They smiled and greeted me whenever I passed. However, I expected the rooms to be up to date and cleaner. The elevators are old and one was out of order which made for long wait times. The carpet in halls was raggedy and need to be replaced. The bathroom doors to these rooms need to be actual doors! Not that sliding mess which adds no privacy esp. if not staying with close family. You can legit see into the side spaces and hear what goes on in there! Get doors! That is ridiculous and has no privacy! They do not even lock in place, just move around. The beds are too low to the ground but okay with hardness, pillows were okay. I heard no real noise any time I was in the room. There is no microwave in the room! Just a dinky one near the coffee shop downstairs that does not warm the food properly. How can you be this huge Hotel with just that one scrappy microwave? Wth... The rooms..as I moved once all had long hairs on the bathroom floors and stains on the bedroom walls. How do I know, because I cleaned the room myself with Lysol and wipes before unpacking. There was no way I was asking for cleaning services though it was provided during the stay as I could already see they were not being cleaned properly. The conference area and bathrooms are up to standard. I just wish the rest of the spaces was. And the shuttle is a waste depending on flight times. Takes too long to come back. I had to get an uber to the airport which defeats the purpose of booking a hotel for trans. I think the price a night was too high for all this..

  Nice hotel good for conferences. Has a Starbucks in the lobby which is nice. The restaurant has good food and the staff are very nice. Kathy the hostess and Dan the bartender and a few others are just great. The pool is wonderful too. Indoor/ outdoor and you can swim under a partition and the kids enjoy that. Could have more chairs, and chaise lounges, but easy towel access and plenty available. I did speak to the manager about noisy landscapers at lunch time, blowing weeds and dust everywhere. He was very receptive, and said he would take care of the issue. We had suggested to maybe care for other parts of the hotel grounds for peak pool times. The rooms are ok. Pillows need to be updated, and wish they had a makeup/face swivel mirror attached to bathroom wall. The shower is awesome. Never run out of hot water and the water pressure is great. No guesswork turning on the shower, and adjusting it to the right temperature. Room could have been a little cleaner as we saw ( and it’s still there) a pretty good size dust ball in between both beds we named “Dusty” 😆 despite the room being “cleaned” by hotel maids for a few days now. Overall nice place and the staff are helpful and nice. We would book again.

  The place is not a 4 star Hotel, is a cheap 2 star hotel.lets start for this I over heard the receptionist that is free wifi. But to me never informed me how to access it. Or any instructions. upon reservation do not say anything about paying for parking which mean the place do not have customers parking, is rented out to a 3rd party. They have a qr code to pay for parking on the lot and that is when i figured out on my own that parking needed to be paid separately. The front desk at check in never informed about parking, which with no problem I would of pay for it. They couldn't charge it to my room it has to be strictly with the qr code. Why they may not want nither the liability or have to pay the 3rd company what the customers have paid for parking fees, other wise tge should have after reservation have a check box to select if i need to paid for parking. This is my first and last time staying at this hotel. I have an airbnb account with 130 bookings in the last 5 years. And that is how they are loosing business. I have better experiance at best western in Oakland ca. With drug buyers knoking on doors riding a bicycle in the hotel hallways. Compared to this trashy dirty place.
