**Beware if you are at all sensitive to environmental allergens or irritants.** I've stayed here twice for work related travel. Both times I've suddenly had serious sinus and throat irritation. The first time, I was busy and didn't give it much thought. I assumed I caught a bug but I did note that the hallways smelled like a pool. Upon arriving for my second stay, I immediately started feeling a runny nose and an itchy throat that worsened as I spent more time in the room. I'm not usually sensitive to this sort of thing - I know many people are immediately able to sense when there's mold but that's not how my body reacts. The fact that I and several others I spoke to had this same experience indicates a serious problem to me. This feels like a large issue as many areas of the hotel smell wet, but the cleaning practices also feel quite suspect. See the attached image for the extension plug on the desk in the room I stayed in. There was also a Where Traveler Nashville book on the desk in my room that was STICKY and covered in dust. If these items havent been wiped down in what seems like months (?) what else is going uncleaned? I want to call out that the staff were so pleasant in both of my stays which I truly appreciated. This isn't a reflection on them but is clearly a larger issue that is going unaddressed. In a lot of ways, the hotel is fine for the price point and the relatively convenient location but I'll never be back due to the health symptoms I described above.

Would definitely recommend this place. Ashley and all of the front desk staff were kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and treated us like family. We came for my birthday and ended up eloping and the staff made us feel special. The coffee, bed, and pillows were amazing. It was very clean. It was more of a walk to downtown but that was the only thing that was rough. Would highly recommended and very impressed.

I just had the pleasure of speaking with Elizabeth for assistance with my upcoming reservation. She was SO personable, informative, and exactly what I would hope for when calling any business, especially one I also represent! Hands down the best over the phone experience I’ve had with any property! She trumps most in person interactions too. Her professionalism without sounding robotic can’t be taught! I hope she is valued and recognized. You can tell this is how she conducts herself regularly and it is a skill and a pleasure to encounter in our industry☺️ Fantastic first impression. I can’t wait for our stay with you all!

I did not stay the night at this hotel, but I did go for classes for 2 days over a weekend and I must express how awesome the valet driver Zain was. He was so professional. So kind absolutely made my day every time I came into park my car. He just has a light about him. That makes him so awesome. And he is amazing. I definitely recommend valet parking at this hotel. It's amazing inside, but Zain made it even better. Stay awesome, Zain.

We had a great stay, thanks to the amazing team from valet to the front desk and housekeeping, all of whom were friendly, professional, and attentive. A special mention goes to Leica at the front desk, who truly stood out. She was very sweet, attentive, and exceptionally hospitable, making us feel genuinely valued as a guest. Her warm demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression.
