Skookum5 months agoI've stayed at this property several times and always pleased with the service. The hotel is little dated but still very pleasant and location with shuttle to airport is very convenient. My first time using the member lounge and it's perfect. Chef Randy prepared the best evening food options I've had at any Marriott property in North America and Mert was a top rate host ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this lounge to members!
Jermaine Bowea month agoI HIGHLY recommend this hotel. You cannot beat the location and convenience of this hotel! But the most outstanding part to me was the front office led by Josiah Sellers. His team were first class. Anything, and I mean ANYTHING we needed, they helped us out with a smile. It is so rare to see customer service on this level where everyone actually looked happy to be there and work with each other. Thanks Mr. Sellers for taking care of my family.
Delaney L2 months agoHad a long day, and was so pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It has beautiful charm and is elegant. The best part by far: Chef Randy. You can tell he crafts all his dishes with extreme care and attention to the smallest details. Hotel restaurants are normally pretty mid level in my opinion but this was far beyond my expectations. The food was delicious and beautifully plated. After eating, I met Chef Randy and he was so warm and bubbly, with great customer service. Highly recommend - and very impressed with Chef Randy.
Clint Edmonston2 months agoWent to this hotel for a convention this past weekend, the staff were amazing! I am using a cane after back surgery and they did their best to accommodate me to be near the elevators! The room was great had a balcony view into the courtyard it was so nice. The restaurant bar and grill were great as well. Everything was clean and comfy. The only thing I’ll say is I couldn’t figure out how to make the shower turn into normal spout for the tub, and the drain was not able to be closed. I could have worried with it but the hot tub and pool were great for my back so I was still able to soak. It was a great clean venue for nashum 2026 and everyone was fantastic! Hope to see you again next year!
Nikki H3 months agoI enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton! The location isn't too far from happenings downtown and it's also close to conveniences like gas and food. I came for an event that was hosted at the hotel, and the logistics for everything ran so smoothly. I was impressed by the staff for the event as well as how the hotel kept pace with the influx of guests. I had breakfast each morning at the buffet, and the food quality and variety of choices were wonderful. Shenouda saw to it that all our needs were met each morning. If I am in the area, I would definitely stay here again. The customer services is wonderful!
