We are open for dine-in and take-out services! To ensure your safety, and that of our Ohana we have enhanced our already stringent guidelines to include limited seating in our dining rooms, single-use and digital menus, and the addition of hand sanitizer stations throughout the restaurant. Our Ohana will also be required to wear face masks and gloves. We ask that you call to reserve a table, or call prior to arrival so that we may best serve you. Charliea month agovery good place; awesome tasting and flavor balance, i didn’t get tired of the food at all! many options and menus tailored to your wants, and they even have a happy hour menu with cheaper food that still feels premium. the waiters are very cool, they get your order quick, even crack some jokes with you. they are very friendly and you can have a genuine conversation with them after they take your order. food arrived pretty quick. interior was a nice vibe, although i ate outside, i can tell you it’s great for multiple people and looks very comfortable and convenient. the outside is pretty nice with good table placement. great view of anaheim with a nice atmosphere. would recommend choosing this and stopping by here if you find yourself walking along the sidewalk of anaheim 👍
N&N S-C4 months agoGoing to Roy's is like visiting your Ohana, if you have a wealthy aunt. They are very warm and really greet you with Aloha. The food was excellent. They were very accommodating regarding substitutions. We had the Kalbi New York Strip Steak and the Shellfish Combo, a festive pineapple martini, the pineapple upside down cake, and the lava cake. It was pricey, but worth it. Our server, Kyana, was so kind and knowledgeable. She said that she had worked there for several years , which was evident with how well she knew the menu. It was because she was so good that I paid the 5% wellness fee in addition to tipping her well. However, I was able to calculate my own tip and even though I wanted to be generous, my percentage was less than the suggested percentage. While many establishments do this, I noticed the suggested tip was based on the total, which included the tax, in addition to the wellness fee. I believe in a living wage and wellness for all employees, but I don't want to be tricked into it. Roy's also does not validate parking anymore. One hour is free, however, we know it takes longer to enjoy your meal at a place like Roy's.
Dini Moorhouse6 months agoWe were pleasantly surprised to be seated in a short amount of time (11 people). Staff were nice and welcoming. Food - aside from “sticker shock” - was splendid. The kids menu was quite nice as well.
april6 months agoEverything we ordered was very good and flavorful. The lobster dumplings were fired just right an were not dry. The lobster bisque didn’t require and extra seasonings and had two pieces of lobster. Sampler platter was well presented and the flavor didn’t disappoint. The lobster and shrimp were cooked perfectly as well as the veggies. Service was good we had a very nice waiter who checked in often. The only disappointment was they don’t valet parking. 💁🏾♀️ to avoid paying you must leave within one hour. This was annoying especially since we paid premium prices for the food.
Marcus3 months agoFood was good, however I was disappointed by not being able to choose the temp of my own steak. I understand it's a prearranged menu, but you don't get to tell me I can only have a medium steak. It was a decent meal paid for by my employer however, that one detail alone is why I'd never come here by myself. Sure if I come alone I can have whatever temp I want, but I have years of experience serving in Las Vegas and have seen 100s of tables with preset menus, we always let you choose your temp. Seems LAZY on their behalf to prohibit such a basic request.
