Lori Petea month agoStaff was wonderful. So accommodating. The free breakfast was a free for all but the attendents did their best to keep it stocked and maintain their sanity. Our room was worn down... funiture was beyond its useful life. Tvs didnt work, carpet was filthy.
David Mason6 months agoThis is a great place to stay. While it is due for a renovation it is clean and well kept. Breakfast was about average from other Marriots offering free breakfast. Richard the cook was very friendly and added some special treats to his menu. Dining area was clean and neat. Food was cooked just right. The 2 bedroom suite was nice. It did need a table for four, not two. The rooms can sleep up to six. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good place to stay in nice location.
Amy Munoza month agoUpon arrival, the room appeared to have been smoked in and air freshener was sprayed to cover it up. The 2nd day, I complained to the front desk and they told us to leave for the Ozone machine to be brought in. We weren't allowed to be in there while it was running. We returned over 3 hours later and machine was still running. Front desk retrieved it and said she still smelled the smoke & sprayed air freshener for us. We coughed all evening and the next 2 days after returning home. Mattresses were AWFUL on pull out bed. You could feel the springs as mattress was about 3 inches thick. We were never offered to switch rooms. I asked for a manager upon checkout and was told they do not work weekends and I could expect a call back during Monday-Friday. It’s been over a week and I’ve yet to get a call back.
Andy Monson5 months agoDecent hotel, good location. But ran into issues after my 1st night. They 'had my reservation wrong,' checking out the next day, despite my booking being for 2 nights. So I was trying to get some sleep, due to having a long day prior to checking in. Housekeeping kept knocking on my door, despite having the do not disturb on my doorknob. Then the Housekeeping manager kept calling. She apologized and asked when I'd be checking out. I told her the next day since my reservation was for 2 nights. She then gave me a BS line saying they had my reservation wrong in the system. Uh huh.... good way to cover your crew screwing up and waking me up while trying to sleep. Also hard to sleep with a loud ringing noise coming from the fridge. Decent hotel and accommodations, but staff a bit untrained. Considering this is the worst experience I've had at a Marriott branded hotel, I'll take it, I guess. But was definitely surprised.
martina month agoThe people at the hotel are nice, professional and fair. I reserved a room, somehow it was not available. They offered 2 rooms and covered the difference. This is true costumer service.
