Davina Menaa week agoRoom was comfortable, clean and bed was very comfy. Nothing super fancy but good for a weeks long stay. Hallways were quiet and location is great. Stay would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the front desk clerk. Had an early flight and left the hotel around 330am. The front desk clerk was busy with what seemed to be the previous nights check out which i get but damn a little hospitality even a speck of it goes along way. She commanded me up, “ come up,… hi” I told her good morning and that I was checking out. “ ok leave your key on the counter and your receipt will be emailed to you”. I placed my card keys on the counter as the drill sergeant… I mean front desk clerk told me to then she proceeded to get a tissue and pick up my key card. Now I know crusty and musty and trust me that ain’t me. Her behavior was…. Weird. I think a 5 minute break to go touch grass could be beneficial for Ms. Ma’am. And also maybe we can advocate for some PPE for her so she doesn’t have to so dramatically use a tissue for every customer? Just an odd way to leave Nashville.
Nima Ataeia month agoI had a wonderful experience here. Major highlight was Jacklen at The Little Fib restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. Jacklen took excellent care of me during my stay. She made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate my very particular dietary requirements —something I often have a hard time with when traveling. Jacklen welcomed me with a smile and made me look forward to seeing her each and every morning. My experience at this hotel was excellent overall. Clean rooms, comfy beds, great gym and amenities, and super convenient location. Thank you Jacklen and staff! I’ll see you all during my next visit.
Colleen Melendeza month agoThank you to the staff that made our honeymoon more special! The bed was incredibly comfortable and room was spacious. Our shower curtain was pretty gross, but housekeeping was otherwise attentive. The restaurant and market never disappointed. The water refill in the lobby was broken and the large water bottles cost $8, but we soon found free cold water in the gym. Pool area was great, though jacuzzi spa was down for our last 2 days! Day valet much better than night valet. Quick walk to Broadway but the hills are steep on the way back
Kerolos Kheila month agoI had a great stay at the Renaissance Hotel in Nashville. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for enjoying downtown Nashville. The staff were welcoming and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I especially want to mention Remon, the valet attendant. He was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He made parking and getting the car easy, answered questions, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. His kindness and great attitude really stood out and made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Caitlyn O'Connella month agoPerfect location steps from the music on Broadway, the National Museum of African American Music, the downtown public library (which is absolutely amazing for kids! And don’t sleep on the Civil Rights room), and so much more. The staff was so accommodating to us traveling with a toddler. Kids eat for free at breakfast. Luke Brown at the valet was the best. Always had our car at the ready for ins and outs, and was so polite. Indoor pool was terrific for cooling off in the afternoon. A fantastic place to stay in the city.
