Krystle Rosea week agoGreat location. off of the beaten path shortly, but easy to freeway. Clean, updated, and great hospitality. Everything was 5 star from the beginning to checking out. Would highly recommend staying here when coming here for business. Has a good size gym, and nice lounge area.
A. Sage Renegadea month agoRooms were great. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Service was top notch. We adore Eric. Drinks in the bar were excellent. Dinner and dessert was quite delicious. The architecture and history of it being a former train station was what appealed to me. Being a Marriott brand hotel and me a Marriott Titanium member I can say, you all definitely delivered a high standard in hospitality. Thank you all. It was a busy week with several conferences, and trainings occurring.
Elizabeth Sherry3 months agoWe recently held my brother’s groom’s dinner and welcome reception at The Depot, and I cannot recommend them enough! The historical charm of the venue provided such a stunning backdrop for our events. The catering was absolutely remarkable—our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was. What truly set the experience apart was the staff. They were professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was handled flawlessly, which took so much stress off our family. Additionally, having our room block here was completely effortless. It was so convenient to have two properties (The Renaissance and Residence Inn) under one roof, giving our guests great options while keeping everyone together. Thank you for making my brother's wedding weekend so special!
Bree Winklera month agoLocation is nice, staff is great, the noon check out is a bonus. We were there for a family trip and our room smelled extremely musty, the iron in the room basically didn’t work and stained my dress. The A/C whined and groaned whenever it kicked on and off. The hot water took a long time to warm up. My parents’ room at least didn’t smell weird but overall I was relatively unimpressed.
Regan Christensen2 months agoWe came here for the Morgan Wallen concert and the rooms were super nice and clean. We all had a great time! Special shout out to Jaylen at the front desk. She was super sweet and helpful, I hope to see her again at our next visit!
