FlameYT3 months agoI went with my family over a weekend on a spring vacation and loved it! The pool was my favorite part to be honest, the rooms were nice, and food was good, But for a little when I tried to return they were closed. So I came back a year later and they are back to being open!!! 1 thing though, there is a hole in the ceiling while I was there. Not so much "Luxary now huh?" The pool is an inside one with lights around it and has some palm trees around it making it feel like im In Hawaii again!
Randi Jacob2 months agoNot very happy with this hotel and Priceline, I booked a room back in March to stay May 10th- May 12th and was never notified that they were closed for maintenance until further notice until I got up to the hotel the day that I was supposed to check in and there was a note on the front door. If i could figure out a way to post a picture on this review I'd share the note that was taped to the door. Also, I haven't received my money back for this booking.
Teresa Shane9 months agoI booked a room months before an anticipated visit to Wichita. I received a confirmation email and even received a "can't wait to see you email" two days before my visit. I was going to call them for something and noticed a temporarily closed on the search for their number. I tried unsuccessfully to reach them the morning of the trip, just feeling like something wasn't right. There was no answer. After 30 minutes I FINALLY reached someone at Red Roof reservation and they were JUST notified Oct 8 that the site was closed. I received no communication about the closure and was forced to find another hotel the morning of my 5 hour drive. Will NEVER STAY at a Red Roof.
Melanie Tornquist11 months agoWe booked a two night stay in the jetted tub loft room for $590.00. When we pulled up to the building it looked very trashy and there was even a van with broken windows and flat tires in the parking lot. When we went in to check in the staff was sketchy. Then we went to our room only to find out it was 100 degrees inside. Quickly found the air conditioners and cranked them low. Then walked around and seen dead bugs laying all over the place. The tub looked nasty and dirty. There was a big sticky spot on the floor and the ceiling looked disgusting as well. We did however get a bag of snacks from the desk and quickly returned it on our way out. Needless to say we left immediately and got a refund. Just go stay at a holiday inn. This place is a bad joke.
Melinda McCurley10 months agoThe air conditioner did not work in the living room area of the 2 room suite There was something leaking from under the fridge in the living room area The water from the sink in the living room was turned off. When we got under the sink and turned it on, the water was rust colored The sofa bed sheets were already on the sofa bed and looked dirty I asked for extra pillows , sheets and pillows they said they didn't have any Not recommended to stay here Refund would be nice
