Woman Of God2 months agoUpscale hotel by the airport. Overall experience was great. It dont have carpet which i didnt like. They dont take cash which I didnt like. A bottle of water is 3 dollars with room service its 5 dollars. 2 dollars for the room service 😂😂😂😂....Parking is free but there is a 50 dollar deposit which u get back in 3 to 5 business days. There's a restaurant on the first floor indoor pool and a fitness area by the pool with a water bottle filler in it. Bkfast was suppose to be over in 30 minutes and when I made it down he was taking to go orders so I didnt get the bkfast experience. That wad annoying bc why was everything put up 30 minutes before bkfast time was over. The housekeeping number to text doesnt work. I never received a text back. Other than that I enjoyed the stay. Nice cozy rooms with good blackout curtains. The bed sheets had holes in them and was very wrinkled as well as the pillow cases. Looked like they were ironed and burnt🤷🏽♀️👊🏾😂😂😂....idk. u can set the temp on the fridge and u can make it get cold fast as well. TV is a good size as well. I stayed 2 nights and was unbothered which I liked. I would Def stay again.
Jessica Williams5 months agoI had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and an incredible value. The water pressure was AMAZING, and the pillows were absolutely chef’s kiss—so comfortable! The front desk staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Shawn provided outstanding customer service and made the experience even better. The airport shuttle was extremely convenient—John drove me to the airport and Jeremy picked me up. Both were prompt, professional, and great drivers. I ended up eating at the lobby restaurant three times (even though I hadn’t planned to!) because the food was just that good. Despite being very busy, the service was excellent. The bartender was attentive and never let our drinks run low, and every meal came out piping hot and delicious. If you’ve never tried cauliflower pizza before, theirs is a must-try! I will absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Nashville. Highly recommend!
Audra Leonardis2 weeks agoI chose this hotel based on my school recommendation and affiliation. My room thermostat was stuck at 68. I froze all night. The next evening I did address this, the maintenance lady came up, I showed her that I could not raise the temperature in the room. She said she would be back, and one hour later, nothing. When I went to the front desk and explained that I was too cold and wanted to turn the temp up but was unable, their solution was to shut off all the air to my room. The lady at the front desk was nothing but indifferent and somewhat rude. No coffee after 10am, no free breakfast, ants all around the breakfast room. Never again.
Doofanter Nyamor6 months agoI had a rebooked flight and was given a voucher for this hotel. I called the front desk once I got to airport shuttles and they sent a shuttle right away! Dan, the shuttle driver was an amazing conversationalist and gave me the best recommendation to the restaurant nearby, Darfons. When I checked in there was yet another helpful young lady at the desk who executed a safe yet personable check in. (02-02-2026) I didn’t catch her name but if you see this, good luck with your endeavors. The room was great, comfy bed clean bathroom with good lighting and heat in room WORKS! Fast forward to breakfast in the morning?! YUM. Service was a bit slow at first but once I ordered everything came in a timely manner and Terrence was on top of it! Breakfast prices were beyond affordable though I did have an airline voucher. I enjoyed my stay immensely. Short lived stay but 100% coming back. I only wish I had cash to tip Terrence, I’m gonna make sure to check in to see if he’s still working and taking care of guests and his team. Thank you Radisson!
N D4 months agoThe staff was friendly and the room was clean but the bathroom did have an odor. I really appreciate that there was a regular parking lot that you didn't have to pay to park in. I also appreciate the fact that there were no hidden fees after check out. I also felt like the menu for the on-site restaurant was limited in choices but I guess it's better than nothing. The area felt safe and quiet.
