  I recently stayed at Quality Inn South and had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment and the convenient location. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety to start the day right. Overall, great value for money—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

  This is a terrible place DO NOT STAY HERE🤬This is going to be long but rightly so. It all started with check in, I was informed that they charged a $50.00 incident charge, I could either put it on card and would get it back in 7-10 working days or pay cash and get it back in the morning? Put it on card. Couldn’t get ground floor and no elevator, no locks on outside entrance to hotel and no lighting outside. Got to room lights didn’t work TV didn’t work, absolutely filthy. Found trash under and around bed while checking for bed bugs. Room all torn up see pictures! Charges started popping up on credit card, we were billed $230.82 for a quoted $80.00 room. When I went down to check out the next morning, a Spanish speaking lady tells me that front desk is not open until 3.00 pm and cannot get a receipt. She just kept saying Bye-by Bye-bye. If I would have paid cash on the deposit how would I ever gotten it back?? I have stayed in a lot of crappy motels but this is the worst I have ever experienced 🤬🤬 DO NOT STAY in the fleabag hotel no matter what. Sleep in your car if you have to, would be much better than this place. I would think that Choice Hotels would condone such establishments in their chain.

  This should be a ZERO star hotel. It is run down, extremely dirty and the rooms are INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS. They are even in the lobby furniture. The person on duty offered another room but clearly the entire place is infested with them. They also charged 2 $50 deposits instead of one and would only refund one of them. I contacted choice hotels and they essentially said there is nothing they can do about the situation. DO NOT STAY HERE. There is very clearly drug activity going on and people strolling around all hours of the night. I requested reimbursement for having to get rid of items, go to the laundromat at 4am to heat all of my belongings and shower in a truck stop as I had an appt to attend at 7am and by the time all of the washing was done I had no time to get another hotel or sleep. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want bedbugs

  Signage "blew down in the storm" first room they tried to put us in smelled heavily of urine and had gouged up walls and a used glove on an unmade bed. Service was mediocre and the breakfast was a joke. I didn't expect anything fancy or outstanding but this was by the far the worst motel experience I've had in recent memory.

  "you get what you pay for" should be their slogan... They literally didn't have keys to give me a card to get in my room they had to go let me in....there were almost no cars in the parking lot. Parked next to an abandoned car right at the front entrance. Had some "stains" on the sheets. Had a pair of eyelashes sitting on the light next to the bed. Walls were gross, doors were gross. Everything looked like it was hanging on by a thread and hadn't been cleaned in a long time.... Staff were nice enough so no issue there but man...it was bad.
