Jordan Stewarta month agoMs. Tabby was, without a doubt, the best person I met during my entire stay. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcomed, not just like another guest checking in. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude stood out every single time I saw her. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, always with a smile and a willingness to help. It's rare to meet someone who cares so much about making guests feel comfortable, but Ms. Tabby does exactly that. She made my stay memorable, and people like her are the reason guests come back. If anyone deserves recognition, it's Ms. Tabby. She is an incredible asset to the hotel, and I truly hope management recognizes her hard work with the promotion or raise she has absolutely earned. Thank you, Ms. Tabby, for making my stay such a great experience. I'll always remember your kindness.
Bernadette Valentoa month agoI recently stayed at the Westin Minneapolis and had a wonderful experience. The new renovations have given the property a fresh, modern feel while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully updated. The pool area was clean and the hot tub relaxing. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s steakhouse. The food was excellent and the restaurant had a great ambiance that made for an enjoyable dining experience. The hotel’s downtown location was convenient, and the overall service was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Minneapolis and would happily stay here again.
Lewis Cardenas2 months agoWe loved our Penthouse upgrade and had such a great overall Westin experience that we canceled our other nights and gave up a promotion at other properties just to enjoy the Westin more. Breakfast was delicious, and we really appreciated the daily vouchers, which were such a nice touch. The room was fabulous, spacious, and included a small outdoor area that made it even more enjoyable. Jay at the front desk was a rockstar, and the rest of the team was equally wonderful. They truly embody the Marriott customer service mindset, and the recognition for elite members was excellent. The upgraded room made our weekend so much easier and more relaxing. The building itself is beautiful and well maintained, and the location is perfect for walking to the Mills, the Norfolk loop, or catching the light rail anywhere in the city.
Dirk Dehler2 months agoLocation was amazing for a concert at US Bank stadium and a twins baseball game! The staff was awesome especially Jay at the front desk, the room was taking a little longer than expected but he was super helpful and was able to make a little inconvenience right for us! The atmosphere was delightful and the amenities of pool and gym were satisfactory for our stay.

From the check-in, to the unexpected welcome cocktail to the delivery of the complementary piece of cheesecake for my friend’s birthday (From the happiest service industry worker who sang and smiled and made it really special). The room is was beautiful. The bartenders were Welcoming and made wonderful drinks. Highly recommended. Oh, if forgot to mention the $10 Pastry box We took for breakfast. Absolutely delicious
