From the check-in, to the unexpected welcome cocktail to the delivery of the complementary piece of cheesecake for my friend’s birthday (From the happiest service industry worker who sang and smiled and made it really special). The room is was beautiful. The bartenders were Welcoming and made wonderful drinks. Highly recommended. Oh, if forgot to mention the $10 Pastry box We took for breakfast. Absolutely delicious
Riley van Raaphorst3 weeks agoShoutout to Simone T!!! I recently left a personal item in my room. I have done this once before at another hotel and they made it SUCH a pain to return it. It was monthssss of back and forth. But Simone was DIFFERENT. Simone was fantastic and coordinated a delivery of my item by the next week!! I was so grateful. She was incredibly gracious and communicated with me throughout the entire process. You’re a rockstar, Simone! Thank you!
Dirk Dehlera month agoLocation was amazing for a concert at US Bank stadium and a twins baseball game! The staff was awesome especially Jay at the front desk, the room was taking a little longer than expected but he was super helpful and was able to make a little inconvenience right for us! The atmosphere was delightful and the amenities of pool and gym were satisfactory for our stay.
Jeremiah Duecka month agoHad seen some bad reviews of this place before coming in so my expectations were low. Honestly blew my mind when I walked in. From the moment I walked in and out the next morning, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was freshly renovated and clean. One downside was the fee for parking. I guess what do you expect for a downtown location. Great city skyline view from the top floor!
Marcus6 months agoBooked an Executive 2, guest room, two double, City View. Our view from our window was a building wall. I did not realize the double bed room was two full size beds and not queen size beds (not sure why a luxury hotel would not have queen beds.) The pool was great for the kids, 3 1/2”-5” deep. The Hot Tub was great, the chlorine must have been high because when you turned the jets on, your eyes would start to burn. The Stock and Bond restaurant was delicious! Great relaxing atmosphere! Parking wasn’t too bad, the ramps are tight if you are traveling in a truck.
