Christy Bryana month ago1st issue we booked with booking. Com pd with them then got to hotel and was told our king bed room was no longer available that they only had 2queen rooms available didn’t offer any refund 2nd issue only got 1 key for both of us to use 3 get into the room and the refrigerator that is little the freezer on it was frozen solid that the refrigerator didn’t cool 4 no exust fan in the bathroom 5 one of the lights where out in the bathroom 6 you can hear the highway noise 7 you hear doors in the hallway 8 said free breakfast but breakfast cost
Miaa2 weeks agoI had a wonderful time while staying at Marriott Hotel for my vacation. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are very fluffy and soft. I had very nice service from Teneisha at the front desk. She went out her way to help me look for my lost item after checking out. I definitely will be booking again!
Mark Coopera month agoI could not sleep well, because the room was not able to perform its AC duties well. We got in the room about 9pm. The thermostat read 68. However, I travel with a Bedjet and my system read the room temp to be 84. I set the hotel thermostat to 60. And it ran the fan, but no cooling. At 2am I woke, still hot. I turned the hotel AC system OFF for 15 seconds. Then turns back on I noticed minimum cool air sort of coming from supply register. By 4am the room was comfortable. I woke at 6:15am to get up, shower and leave. Not Marriott level experience at this location. In terms of service, I was a walk in (No reservations). I ask which is better discount Bonvoy or Military. She, the CSR, said your best price is online. Not a good reply. Come on Marriott?! I should have stay at Super 8 this this level of experience. Not impressed with Nashville Airport Marriott. I do not recommend this location.
Barbara Harney2 months agoB Breakfast buffet had a great selection and Alber was very pleasant & attentive. We were impressed that by the second day he remembered our room number!! Even though the dining area was very busy with guests he always interacted with guests and kept our coffee cups full. We had issues with AC in our room for 2 nights and although there was no availability for us to move right away, staff was very pleasant and worked quickly to relocate us as soon as possible. Location was good and shuttle to and from airport was great
Lauren Colalillo2 months agoWhat made this hotel great was the service! The bartending servers were incredibly attentive and welcoming. But what really made it special was each breakfast morning that I grabbed my coffee and yogurt, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Specifically, I believe his name was Alber, And he made my morning with a smile and knowing what I needed immediately upon walking in! Talk about first class service! Thank you Albert!
