Stacy Brown7 years agoMy favorite massage place! The moment you walk in you feel a sense of calm. The lighting, the scents and the sounds all contribute to relaxation before your massage even begins. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will work with you to find an appointment time that works for you. I've seen several massage therapists and they have all been great and made me feel at ease. They also will directly bill your medical insurance of you need massage therapy for a medical reason. Also, it's easy and ample parking. And they are open evenings and weekends!
Renee McDougall7 years agoThe facility is very clean and relaxing. The scheduling process was easy; the staff were all professional and friendly. The massage therapists I have worked here with have all been very professional and effective. I was always very pleased with every massage. I have had much better experiences in terms of massage quality here than I have had at Massage Envys in the area. Highly recommend!
Tyler A.8 years agoWorst massages ever. Tried two different therapists and they were absolutely brutal. Each time took over a week to stop hurting from the visit. Both of them I asked to be careful around a particular spot because I had previously spent a lot of time and money fixing it and they immediately dug into it retriggering a painful area that had been calmed by years of rehab. Neither of them spent the time to massage down to the reason I was there, they just jabbed as deep as they could immediately. At points it was difficult to breathe trying to control the pain (in spots other than the previously mentioned tender spot). They didn't let up when asked to go lighter, it was just hold on until the torture is done. Receptionists were nice and the waiting room chairs were comfy. Though I would recommend to Massage Center of Bellevue if someone is scheduling another visit, default to the same therapist, don't go through the process of scheduling then spring that they'd be seeing someone else. I hadn't asked for a different therapist, but ended up with one having to reexplain what was going on again having them dig into the spot and watch me squirm on the table in pain. The second one started by explaining and debating what my insurance covered saying they might reject the whole thing before the massage. Thanks, but that's already been covered at the front desk by the people who deal with insurance. All in all, do not recommend to anyone looking to be healed.
Roselle Sun6 years agoThis place is just so-so. There's not that many options in Bellevue so I have to go to this place. Their service is just okay. What makes them deserve one star is that they always cancel on me in the VERY last minute i.e. the same morning 0.5-2 hours before my appointment. It's VERY unprofessional given that people planned for their visits weeks in advance. The massage therapist named Brenda is the one who gets sick often and cancels on appointments the most, yet the manager did nothing about it, no improvement/ actions to remedy.
Niko W.14 years agoI have visited this place for more than 8 times now since April this year. Suzette Jamison and Brenda Johnson did an outstanding job with my massage. Dietrich Kiemle is also pretty good. I told them it was mainly for relaxation and distress, the massage were very effective. The therapists took the time to listen to my needs. I'd give them a higher review but with the noise from the hall (often times, people talking, laughing, slamming doors), I have to give it a 1 as for now.
