DSRa month agoGreat experience from the front desk to the room. Joe was exceptional on check in and the young lady who checked us out was very friendly and nice! The high floor room made for great views of the stadium. The room was very comfortable! The only downside was the parking garage and the costs associated. I’d still stay here time and time again!
Dr. RL3 weeks agoThis is a great location for a hotel. They have a skywalk which would be helpful in the winter and it seems to be near several business. You enter the building on ground level, but the lobby is on the fifth level. The rooms are nice and everything in hotel seems clean. I recommend it.
Matthew Thomas2 months agoFirst time to the city and this hotel. I want to thank the staff for upgrading me to their two-level suite on the top floor. The room had a great view and was very clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was always really friendly. Thank you for an easy stay!
Chelsea2 months agoWhat a lovely visit! Hotel was clean, staff were so pleasant. Only downside would be the police activity outside, but it's a downtown hotel and that's to be expected. Also, there was a wonderful gentleman named George (I believe he worked in valet), that went above and beyond helping us find things to do nearby. Please give this man a raise or something because he was amazing.
Ryan Nacho4 months agoOverpriced dump with lazy, rude staff. Coffee shop wouldn’t make coffee 30 minutes before closing. Staff refused to clean my room when I asked. Got locked out at 5am—no one at the desk, then they show up 20 minutes later and say they’re on break and won’t help. Plus they gouge you for everything: $8 canned coffee and a $5 delivery fee for room service. Never again.
