We took a girls trip to Nashville at the end of May. The hotel was being renovated. The workers were so nice! Shout out to Ellie the hostess and Roger the server in the restaurant! They were amazing! Also a shout out to Van who was working in the parking garage area where everyone was being routed through due to the renovation. The cafe workers were great too! It was our first time in Nashville and they made us feel like family! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville!

From the moment we arrived at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, Van made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. After a short drive from Huntsville, his bright smile, thoughtful hospitality, and delightful attitude were exactly what we needed. Van went above and beyond — helping with our trash, getting us water, and taking the time to share great suggestions for nearby places to visit, along with recommendations if we decided to stay in and enjoy the hotel. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Exceptional customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Van, for making such a positive first impression and setting the tone for a wonderful stay!

This is a nice option for a hotel a short drive from the main Broadway area of Nashville. I was here for a conference in April 2026 and was quite pleased with the overall experience. At the time the hotel is completing some renovations but there were no major annoyances or issues. Check-in was smooth and a room was available despite arriving a few hours early, which is always appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised with the room - quite spacious and a bit of an atypical layout affording some extra space. There's a few little "extras" in the finishing that aren't earth-shattering but add a pleasant touch nonetheless (e.g. under-the-counter lighting in the washroom which is nice to leave on at night). Only complaint and I am sure I am one of several hundred to raise the same point - for some reason there is no iron, but rather a steamer and an ironing board kind of device mounted to the wall. I can't imagine a scenario for a normal person where a steamer is superior to an iron. I probably spent 3x the time & effort I normally would on getting all my clothes ready for the week and I just don't see the upside. Anyways, really nice hotel - they also did a great job with the conference I was attending. Very attentive and polite staff, well-executed, and professional!

First off the stand out here is the staff. They were all too kind and made for a great experience. Van the door man made sure we he gave us any info he could to help. While it was a little inconvenient to use a side entrance while they remodel. They greet you at all locations to help guide and make the situation the best they can. One staff member helped us before she even got in the clock as she was pulling in. The location is perfect for people wanting to be a little farther from the main grid lock of broadway. But a 5 minute Lyft/Uber, 10 Minute scooter, and like at 20- 25 min walk. I don’t suggest walking. Just be mindful scooters turn off in the city at midnight. You are just two blocks away from the Original location of Hattie Bs, Riley Greens Duck Blind/Losers and John Dalys. You could get a view of the beautiful Vanderbilt Campus located directly across the street. Also starting your morning with a quick 2 block walk to the Parthenon nashville is amazing. We ate at the mason and it was better than Hattie’s chicken sandwich and I will stand by that. I think it was of a great value for the meals we chose. We left full and again very impressed and grateful for the staff in there. To all of the staff thank you for such beautiful service it made the trip even better.

I stayed at Loews Hotel in Nashville from Tuesday to Friday, and this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had, especially considering the price. My toilet was broken for my entire stay. Each time someone came to “fix” it, it seemed like all they did was flush the toilet and leave. The issue was never actually resolved. They did not offer to move me to another room until the night before checkout, roughly 10 hours before I was leaving, which was far too late to be useful. I paid a premium rate and could not properly use the toilet in my own room for the entire stay. On top of that, the construction happening at the hotel was extremely loud. At times, it was so loud that you could barely hear yourself think. The construction also impacted access to the stairs. Instead of being able to use the staircase normally, guests had to go to the second level first and then take the stairs, which is counterintuitive and inconvenient, especially when trying to avoid waiting for the elevators. The elevators were slow, small, and often not a practical option when in a rush. The limited stair access also seemed like a possible safety concern that should be looked into. The hotel’s response to all of this was unacceptable. The most they offered me was a small, low-quality piece of chocolate that said “sorry.” That does not come close to making up for a broken toilet, excessive construction noise, inconvenient access around the building, and an overall poor stay. The food sold at the hotel was also disappointing: tasteless, low quality, and overpriced for what was being served. For the amount I paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel, and I hope management takes these issues seriously, especially the bathroom maintenance and stair access concerns.
