Clare Siska3 weeks agoMy husband and I chose the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront to host our wedding block, as well as our Welcome Dinner. The staff was incredibly accommodating and truly wanted us to make the most of our experience at the hotel. The bellmen, valets, front desk clerks and every staff member we interacted with were fantastic. The welcome dinner was so much fun and worked flawlessly - the Italian buffet was DELICIOUS, the waitstaff and bartender, Jeremy, were amazing. And the room we stayed in was a Riverview junior suite - absolutely beautiful views, more then enough space and it was perfect for our wedding weekend. The location was also so fun - right on the river, walking distance to bars and restaurants, and a quick uber to CHS field. Overall, we were so pleased with our 4 day stay at Intercontinental.
issac Johnson4 months agoI recently stayed at the InterContinental Hotels for an extended business trip, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Being away from home for work can be tough, but the staff here made me feel welcomed and taken care of every single day. From valet parking and security to management, everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. It wasn’t just good service — they truly showed how much they cared about making sure my stay was comfortable. I especially want to thank Julia, Scott, Kim, and Kelly. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Whether it was checking in to see how things were going or helping with requests quickly and with a smile, they made a lasting impression and truly made my stay great. Because of this team, the hotel felt like a home away from home during my extended stay. I highly recommend staying here, and I look forward to coming back the next time I’m in town.
Kimani Johnson2 weeks agoHad a comfortable stay after an easy check-in. Room was as described and cleaned with care. The staff were good at making conversation or leaving me to my business when I had little time to talk. I was amused by the fast elevator :) Highly recommend
Anthony's Tech 1012 weeks agoI stayed here with my friends May 28th-May 31st 2026, the hotel isn’t too bad for the price for 3 nights, I do feel as though there are better options in this city with more amenities for the money. Our 17th floor view was very nice. The room itself is a bit tight but doable. Breakfast is $21 a day, and parking is almost $50 a night which is quite expensive. There are other hotels nearby that have parking lots on property that are free. Also this hotel has no pool either. I will also say the area surrounding the hotel isn’t the greatest especially at night, a lot of crazy people walking around the outside of the property and nearby streets.
Robby Saylesa month agoStayed at the InterContinental St. Paul Riverfront and had a good stay overall. The location was really convenient, especially being right by the river and close to downtown. The room was comfortable and clean, and the views were a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. It has more of a classic downtown hotel feel, but it worked well for what I needed. I’d stay again if I’m back in St. Paul.
