Tom Clements2 weeks agoStayed at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis for a conference and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and very convenient for business events. The meeting and conference spaces are huge and well organized, making it easy to navigate. The food was also good throughout the conference. The location is excellent—within walking distance of Minneapolis Sculpture Garden and nearby parks, which is perfect for getting some fresh air between sessions. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay for both conferences and leisure visits. Highly recommended.
Zoran Sarabaca2 weeks agoI stayed at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis for 6 nights while attending a conference, and I was genuinely blown away by the level of service. I’m The hotel itself was excellent, comfortable rooms, great facilities, and a fantastic location. However, what truly set this property apart was the customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to help, consistently giving 110% to ensure guests had a great experience. A special thank you to Mariela Ortiz, the manager, and Kristel the best server ever, along with the bar and restaurant team, who made my stay particularly memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. As someone originally from Australia who spends at least 60 days a year in hotel rooms around the world, I can confidently say this was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this place whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure. I look forward to staying here again.
nancy m2 weeks agoHyatt Regency Minneapolis was a great stay for my weekend trip to Minneapolis. The hotel amenities, gym and pool level were unbelievable. There was a full gymnasium, fitness studio, fully gym of resistance training machines, stretching room, and I think old racquetball courts. The location was great. I used the valet parking service, which really made things easy, instead of finding parking, but the self park also seemed easy and more reasonable for pricing. When I had an issue, the hotel reached out with a solution. Walkable to target field, this was a great location! Thanks for the great stay!

Mariela clearly runs the place with great attention to detail and makes guests feel genuinely welcomed. Kristel looked after us at the table and was attentive, friendly, and gave excellent recommendations throughout our stay. Great food and outstanding service — highly recommended.
Ayşegül Geziyora month agoIt is a great quality hotel for sure. It was very clean, and the housekeeping service did an excellent job every day. They upgraded my room to a better one for a small fee, which was possible because of the busy conference period and limited room availability. The photos are from a queen room on the 22nd floor. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. They also provided a converter for international plugs, which was very convenient. The only downside was the food menu, which felt a bit overpriced and plain. The breakfast was around $30, which seemed expensive for the options provided.
