  First time staying at this location and experiencing Hyatt Centric as a brand. Here are my observations: 1. The king deluxe room is massive. The bathroom is even more massive and impressive. Plenty of space for one or if you’re sharing the room. 2. Stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping did make a stop the second morning to see if I wanted any service. It was a pleasant surprise given almost all hotel chains have reduced housekeeping services as a regular amenity. 3. Front desk service was a miss at first. Check in was lacking and off putting but fortunately the rotation of front desk staff improved after that. 4. The onsite restaurant was the highlight of the stay. There are grab and go $10 breakfast sandwiches in a heated case, which I think is a nice offering. Because I had an onsite property credit attached to my stay, I had all my meals there and found the food to be super fresh and delicious. Just be aware that there is an automatic 20% gratuity applied to orders, regardless if it’s to go. 5. Beds are very soft. I personally prefer a firmer mattress so this was a difficult adjustment but if you like a plusher feel, you’ll enjoy the beds here. 6. Good, quiet location but still easy walking distance to Nicollet Mall and Target. A further walk to Washington Ave but on a nice day, it’s a a great stroll.

  Good location, and helpful front desk. What sold me on this property was the featured 6000 square foot fitness center so I was disappointed to learn that it was turned into a ballroom a month ago. The pics are still in their marketing material which I think is very misleading. We stayed for 5 nights and only received housekeeping services for one night and that was only after we asked at the front desk, "isn't housekeeping usually included?" As mentioned, the front desk was helpful and very accommodating with our luggage storage requirements.

  We chose this hotel because it was so close to our concert venue and the room itself was actually quite spacious. However, the rest of the experience was a huge letdown. Before arriving, we specifically asked if there were accessible areas for our wagon and gear. We were told yes, but that wasn't true at all. We ended up having to haul a loaded wagon down several flights of stairs. A few other things made the stay pretty uncomfortable: • Noise: A dog in a nearby room was barking loudly around midnight on a Wednesday. Wall are just paper thin. • Cleanliness: The bathroom had a lingering smell of urine. • Parking: The parking garage is located quite a walk away from the hotel elevator/entrance. Unless you strictly care about the proximity to nearby venues, the lack of accessibility and cleanliness makes it hard to recommend. Update: Cameron and another guy did meet us at the elevator and carried our stuff up the stairs for us upon check out and was extremely apologetic for everything.

  Kwame (the kind and incredibly helpful) night shift manager deserves a raise! I forgot a number of things while packing, needed logistics help with my stay, and had random needs come up and he immediately solved every issue with a smile! Also the hotel has a fantastic location, beautifully renovated and spacious rooms.

  My company booked me into this hotel. I love my large King room. I have the largest hotel bathroom ever here. It does take a good 10 minutes to get true hot water to the 14th floor for a nice hot shower. Other than that and the fact that there is no parking and you have to pay to park its a great location.
