  Everything was great until Breakfest. They refused to put food out plenty of us sat around waiting for food even being there at 9 they didn't put food out. Kids ate people were upset waiting and staff shrugged it off. Please stay elsewhere. Great everything but if feeding my family and myself is not important to them. Ill always go elsewhere. 10+ people waiting for food. And when asked if they had more food coming was just told "No".

  Place is a joke. Everything was perfect but when it came to the breakfest most lying and selfish people I have ever meet! Literally me and 7 others waiting around for 30 minutes trying to get them to restock on breakfest. We got to the breakfest area at 9:20 and they put one small round of food that was cleared fast. Bearly had enough to feed our kids while me and the wife only had coffe. We pay the asking price cause we wanted breakfest included. An when I asked the front desk if they are putting more food they told me yes. An straight lied to my face. Nothing ever came. Its 9:55 Im not even checked out yet! Update right before we left at 10am the front desk said they put out biscuits and sausage. Mind you the never put eggs out again and the potatoes they had were old and cold. Still plenty of parents sitting there did not get to eat and other adults as well. Plenty of people left. We didnt pay so we could not eat. This is also my mistake. I always stay at the HAMPTON and just wanted to save a little and try somewhere new. Dont make my mistake pay the extra HAMPTON has never let me down. This is your fair warning.

  I hope the managers read this: Victoria was a godsend to me and my two young children. I have a 2.5 yr old and a 5 month old - I had asked her to please get us a room that wasn't too far out of the way since it's a hassle to move the kiddos and our things all that way. She was incredible and completely understood and put us right outside the elevator (which is a BLESSING compared to where we stayed the previous night). Rooms come WITH smart TVs for streaming pleasure, fullsize fridge, dishwashers with free soap to wash our sippy cups and bottles of the day, tons of counter space for all your belonging and charging needs, plenty of space for my two youngens to stretch out after our VERY long car ride. Managers, please give Victoria a raise for her exemplary customer service!!!!

  This hotel was easy to find and was close to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and functional with a kitchenette and a full size fridge. The staff were great. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options, including things like farm fresh local yogurt and cereals labeled "sweet, healthy and healthiest". They also had recycling bins located throughout the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

  Comfiest hotel bed we've ever experienced. Oversized room perfect for a family. Great shampoo and conditioner. We left before breakfast but the cook offered us a plate to go.
