Sarah Huntley3 weeks agoI honestly can’t rate the rooms because I only attended an event here. First let me say that the staff at this hotel is amazingly attentive and kind. Sally was our waitstaff and she never missed an opportunity to provide excellent service. The bartenders also were exceptionally kind and fun! I attended a fundraising event and it was beautifully done. Even the Valet was kind and courteous as I exited the event and I didn’t even use their service.. it’s a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. My daughter attends school a few blocks away so I know the area well.
Anthony R. Love, CPAa month agoI traveled to the Hilton Minneapolis during the first week of May 2026 while attending a conference, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel was conveniently located just a short 9-mile ride from the airport and sits in the heart of downtown Minneapolis in a very walkable area. One of my favorite surprises was the unique collectible bookstore directly across the street. The city itself is incredibly e-bike friendly, with Lime bikes and scooters everywhere. I highly recommend taking a short ride down to the riverfront — it was one of the highlights of the trip. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room on the 22nd floor offered a commanding view of the city with virtually no street noise. After arriving, I had lunch at the hotel bar and thoroughly enjoyed the pasta and meatballs. While coffee was available in the room each morning, I found myself preferring the Starbucks located in the lobby market. A special thank you to Kate at the front desk for helping me select a room with such an incredible view, and to the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. After three wonderful days, I left with a fantastic impression of both the hotel and the city. I will absolutely be back!
Al Kearney3 weeks agoI was helped by Ash at the hilton front desk last evening with my room. What a pro. I travel a lot for work. See a lot of hotels. Most customer service is decent. Some are better at others with interpersonal skills and have more of an energy than others. Ash left a lasting impression with not only her professionalism and customer service; but her ability to converse with people. Top notch service at this Hilton in Minneapolis. Take notes from Ash. World class service. Get this person in management, stat. 10/10.
Alexis Glenn2 months agoWe checked in on Monday the 30th, the front desk worker was no nice, informative, and helpful. When we needed a few extra towels the staff was so helpful and understanding, explaining how they would deliver us some, since we didn’t know what to do, or who to call! We enjoyed the pool, and sauna after a long day of driving, that was the BEST part of the night, relaxing after a 5 hour drive At first I was a bit sad when I noticed a stain on an extra towel we requested because I knew from working at a Hilton how easy they are to stain, but the workers made up our night with our dinner! The Ten 01 Social team was amazing, and our waitress was so kind and understanding when we took a second to think! She was amazing!! Basically, The team, Food, Atmosphere, and the location is amazing!

Our group was traveling from out of state for a high school journalism field trip, and we had a complex request involving 13 rooms that needed to be rearranged onto the same floor. Luca handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and genuine care from start to finish. Coordinating accommodations for a large student group can be challenging, but he remained calm, attentive, and solution-oriented throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to ensure our students and chaperones were accommodated comfortably and efficiently. Luca’s outstanding hospitality and dedication truly reflected the high standard of service we associate with this hotel brand. We are very grateful for his assistance and hope his efforts are recognized.
