  The room was fine, despite the furnishings being outdated. The views are lovely, with floor to ceiling windows. Huge TV. We got a discounted price, I would not pay full price. Our problem was with room service. We were specifically asked when ordering how many people would be dining. I said two, and they only brought cutlery for one person. So we had to share a fork and knife.. By the time we noticed, it was too late to catch the delivery person, and we wanted to eat our food hot. At least the food was decent. The little things matter - one-ply toilet paper, only two regular coffee pods (nespresso) for a room which sleeps four, and only one luggage holder. However, there were plenty of towels, and the mini fridge was appreciated. Also, it is quite a long walk to get to the casino from the hotel (all indoors) so I suggest bringing comfy shoes.

  "My partner and I came here for a weekend and it was absolutely perfect! We stayed on the 7th floor with a gorgeous view of the lake. The large bathroom with the walk-in glass shower was a huge plus. We spent most of our afternoon lounging by the interconnected indoor and outdoor pools, which were incredibly relaxing. We’ll definitely be returning!"

  Upon check-in we were surprised with an upgrade to an executive suite, which was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and shower were luxurious and the TV was quite large by hotel room standards. Staff at the hotel, restaurant and bar were great, and the food was delicious. We booked the package that includes dinner and breakfast, which provided exceptional value. The only minor complaint we had is that room service was only available until 10:30pm, which we felt was a little early. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

  This Hilton is the most beautiful hotel experience in the National Capital Region in every aspect of a 5 star hotel. From the huge foyer, to the grand elevators to the beautiful rooms and exceptional dining it is pure elegance. I personally have stayed here for business and pleasure many times and each time is is more beautiful. The restaurant is amazing with amazing service and great culinary delights. Having the indoor access to the casino is bonus and accessible. The views from the Hilton lounge from the top over looking the lake are stunning. This hotel is a top class resort where you just don’t want to leave this paradise as its luxury plus!
