  A one night stay, arriving after 11pm. The guy at the desk was friendly with a good sense of humor! Leaving the next morning, we saw there was a trail behind the hotel near the wetlands. It was a lovely walk. They have a metal bridge to walk across. There was an area with benches to relax and get a lil shade. I'd recommend the walk. It's perfect for birdwatching.

  The room was clean but small compared to other Hilton hotels. Many of the rooms were occupied by high school teens with no adult supervision on the third floor. My family and I were up most of the night with teens running up down the hall yelling and screaming, knocking on and slamming doors and partying. Multiple texts to front desk and calls who did come up. However, this went on until 3:00 am. We decided to try another night at this hotel due to weather and we had trouble again with partying teens. No cameras on the floors to hold these individuals accountable. For the money that is charged individuals should be able to sleep peacefully. We won't be staying here again.

  Overall, this is a solid place to stay and I would stay here again if I have the opportunity. I arrived after a long road trip, and was met to no surprises. In my opinion the majority of the reviews on here held true for my stay. My room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Not something that I thought I’d write in my review, but the shampoo and conditioner were fantastic. The breakfast offered was pretty standard. I was a little disappointed with the coffee, but the rest of the food was tasty. Maybe not all of you are as crazy about waffle makers as I am, but thankfully they have 2 working waffle makers as well as more than one waffle batter flavor. Where I thought this hotel really stood out was with the service. Tegan was the first person I interacted with, who is so kind and thoughtful. After telling her about the long trip I had, she prepared a little snack bag which was so sweet. In the morning, Johnna was running the show. She was eager to attend to any need and gave fantastic advice about things to do and see in Wichita. She is an individual with limitless connections. Ask her about anything and in particular, ask her for a copy of her list of local restaurants and attractions. I also met Tyler, one of the managers who was quick to help with any need. I was having some issues with the printer, and he made sure to get that issue resolved. Additionally, I needed the room for about 30 minutes later than checkout time, and he was kind enough to grant me permission to stay a little longer.

  Overall, there was potential for a nice stay. Unfortunately, a big oversight from housekeeping took away from that. As my children and I started to get ready for bed, I noticed blood smeared all over the duvet. I have a background in housekeeping and this is not uncommon, but definitely something that should be taken care of. The housekeeper for this room was just being lazy. The front desk attendant was quick to fix the issue which was greatly appreciated. At $100+ a night, I shouldn’t have had to deal with it at all though.

  I was visiting from out-of-state and was impressed with this hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. The location is also super close to restaurants, Target, and more. The only thing I'd say maybe that has to be looked at is the creaking sound the bathtub made. There is also a nice wetlands area right outside to walk around and search for turtles, muskrat, etc.
