Beds are hard. Pillows are soft. No bartender provided for the many adults that were anticipating it. Neither at the swim up bar nor the hotel bar. I rarely drink but this was a major letdown. If you're willing to suck it up for the rooms, the waterpark is absolutely amazing. Truly the only reason to choose this hotel. (Even though it's still $10 for a swimming wristband). I called beforehand to see about an early check-in. The first time I wanted 5 minutes, the 2nd I waited 2.5 minutes and no answer, then we get inside the hotel and there's 3 cars in the parking lot and we had to ring the bell 4 times for someone to finally check us in. The manager was literally in the small room behind the front desk and just didn't come out. Truly if it wasn't for the water park, I'd have cancelled and went somewhere else closer to our event.

Hotel is very misleading. They want to charge $250 a night during a tournament weekend and get done playing around 6 and the water park closed at 5 and pool closes at 7. They day before they closed at 7. Ask for housekeeping service and didn’t have it done. Also advertise the waterpark but have to pay separate and if you don’t swim you still have to pay to just sit in there to watch your kid. If you can’t check in till 3 you have to rush to use the amenities to be satisfying. At breakfast they were short staffed. Poor girl was working as fast as she could but couldn’t keep up. A lot of stuff was emptied because the amount of people staying. I just feel like this is a money grab since it’s by the ballpark. More than likely will not stay again unless the hours are different on pool and water park.

I only stayed a single night in this hotel - my experience, and continued attempts to encourage the hotel to return my lost item, has not been a pleasant one. Our room, specifically the bathroom, had a lot of hair still present from another guest’s stay. The beds and pillows were not comfortable, both my son and I tossed and turned. The room was otherwise tidy and had the amenities you would expect, and the price was good. The attached water park was closed, so I can’t speak to that. They are only open at the weekend, though you are free to book a “water park rate” via Hilton, so definitely check your dates before you do. My main issue was, and continues to be the hotel staff. Each question and request during our stay was met with indifference or disdain. Within hours of our checkout, we realized we’d left a single item in the room. Upon calling, we were told the item was not there. We pleaded with the employee to check, but they declined. We offered to return to the hotel and were told not to do so. Two days later, when I arrived back home, I called again and was told my item was indeed there and would be shipped to me. A full two weeks later, I do not have the item. When I called again this morning, I was summarily dismissed, and told they knew nothing about the item. Definitely not the customer service experience I expect from a hotel chain I tend to favor when traveling. We won’t be back.

Stressed moms and dads - this is the place. The staff were extremely nice, rooms are very clean, beds were amazingly comfortable. The pool is HUGE and it’s WARM. We same for a while until The connected waterpark opened at 4pm the night we stayed. It was amazing. Water at the water park was pretty warm as well. No one seemed to be cold once we got to moving and playing. We packed life vests for a little extra peace of mind. They would have been fine without them. The big slides were a good time for mom and dad. They have a bar at both the water park and hotel if you need a drink. The swim up bar looked amazing at the waterpark. We didn’t get to hope into the hot tub we were busy watching kids. It was a really fun time for the whole family. If you ask the front desk they have a coupon for the waterpark tickets. It made for a very fun affordable quick weekend. I loved that we didn’t need to leave the hotel. Arcade with claw machines and games. Walmart is very close by if you forgot anything. Over all we all loved it. Breakfast was served at 6am to 10am I believe. They had a good variety and build your own waffle station.
