Jazz Samuels4 months agoMy best friend and I absolutely love this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The level of kindness and hospitality here truly stands out. We especially have to highlight our experience at the Paseo Bar. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, enjoying great food, and having a few signature cocktails. A special shoutout to Brooke, our bartender, she is phenomenal! Brooke is incredibly hospitable, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel valued as a guest. She took such great care of us, and made sure we had the best experience possible. It’s rare to find service that feels that personal and warm. Highly recommend staying here and spending time at Paseo Bar. You won’t regret it!
Tony Flores3 weeks agoWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing, attentive and professional. We got the feeling that everyone there goes above and beyond. We went for an evening swim and while we were swimming a staff member brought a stack of clean towels for our whole family and laid them on our chairs. Now that is service worth 5 stars. We will absolutely come back and stay again. This is now our go-to hotel in San Antonio.
Rob Perez4 months agoI recently stayed here for a work trip and typically stay 2–3 nights a month. This time around I had some travel issues, but Gayan made my accommodations incredibly easy and stress-free. I also want to shout out Brooke behind the bar — her hospitality alone made the experience better. Sometimes it’s the simple things, and she nailed them. I ordered the Brussels sprouts and a burger, and wow… they do NOT disappoint. Great service, great food, and a place I’ll gladly keep coming back to.
Don Martin2 weeks agoOne night stay after a wedding. Being a Hilton Honors member, I was able to get a room assignment early which allowed my wife to get ready for the wedding. Great bar and lounge areas including outside in the courtyard. Being right next to Loop 410 there would be no quiet area without the fully enclosed courtyard.

Daniella - thanks for always taking the time to chat and catch up when I am having drinks/dinner, excellent service! Brooke, Cam, Lucas, Angel - always on point with their drinks and customer service! I can’t forget the morning team! I apologize for not knowing everyone’s names but you’re always on point when I make my way down for coffee! The 3 of you ROCK! Front desk - Caitlyn thanks for your calm and attentive attitude at checkin! I apologize- other team members at the front desk are always great too!
