  I recently stayed at the Marriott Downtown at Key Tower for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. Briele at the front desk consistently went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. She was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions I had, making sure to find a solution whenever needed. The location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, nightlife spots, and grocery stores. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa and sauna were especially relaxing after long days. The bar was also a great place to unwind, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience.

  It is astonishing to witness the repeated turnover of managers at this establishment, yet the quality of food remains Good but could do better with wait time . During my lunch break, I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with soup. Also 9:25pm The food was undoubtedly not good so upset this time but I requested a pepper jack cheese instead of the yellow cheese that was already on the sandwich. I had previously informed the staff that they could omit the yellow cheese if they were unable to make it. However, the staff member returned and informed me that the chefs had approved the order. Despite this, the sandwich was still yellow and pepper jack cheese. The food was prepared, but the person next to me ordered a drink, burger, and fries, and finished their meal before I even received mine. Although the manager was assisting me, they subsequently disappeared. It is concerning that the staff members at this establishment are paid more than their counterparts, yet they seem to prioritize the convenience of customers over the quality of their food. After consuming my meal for approximately 10 minutes, no one has yet approached me to request a check. Sick $12 sandwich and soup mind you there supposed to be chips on top but you wouldn’t see them due to the food being re warmed from sitting smh . I personally would hope things can get better .with a small order like this and soup already done I should have never had to wait this long

  Great location downtown within walking distance of progressive field and rock and roll hall of fame. The room was decently clean, but we had to tell the front desk twice that we needed more towels since housekeeping never touched the room while we were out. Overall an alright hotel and I’d consider staying here again.

  I’ve stayed at many hotels, but every once in a while you meet someone who completely changes your experience—and for me, that person was Victor. To be honest, this review is less about the hotel itself and more about the incredible impact one employee had on my entire trip to Cleveland. I must have crossed paths with well over 100 people during my visit, and Victor was without question the highlight of them all. Every single time he saw me, he made it a point to come over, say hello, and genuinely connect. That kind of consistency and kindness is rare. He didn’t just do his job—he brought energy, positivity, and warmth that could completely change the mood of the room. His attitude was absolutely contagious. Victor has the kind of personality that instantly lifts people up. High energy, uplifting, welcoming, and genuinely happy—it felt like he lit up every room he walked into. Day after day, he remembered me, greeted me like an old friend, and made me feel valued as a guest. That level of hospitality can’t be trained—it comes from the kind of person he is. Out of every single person on staff, Victor stood out above the rest. He didn’t just make my hotel stay better—he made my entire Cleveland trip better. Employees like Victor are rare, and any business is lucky to have someone like him representing them. If management sees this: recognize Victor. He is a star.

  I stayed here over the weekend and had an amazing experience. It was my first time in Cleveland, and this hotel (and the staff at the hotel made it unforgettable. The property itself was great, but I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Nolan and Willie at the lobby bar. They were absolutely incredible! They were consistently welcoming, friendly, and genuinely awesome every time I stopped by. They gave some great recommendations for my tone in cleveland. I left with great memories and can’t wait to come back. :)
