  Great location downtown within walking distance of progressive field and rock and roll hall of fame. The room was decently clean, but we had to tell the front desk twice that we needed more towels since housekeeping never touched the room while we were out. Overall an alright hotel and I’d consider staying here again.

  We couldn’t be more pleased with our daughter’s wedding reception at the Marriott Key Center. ✨ From start to finish, the entire Marriott team went above and beyond our expectations. Their attention to detail and the ease with which everything came together made the evening truly unforgettable. A huge thank-you to Melanie and the entire team — Cal, Kathleen, Courtney, DJ, Matt, Mary — and so many others. Every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful, professional, and wonderful to work with. We are so grateful for the care and excellence that made our daughter’s reception absolutely lovely. 💛✨

  We arrived at our room and immediately noticed that the bathroom floor was so dirty that my shoes were sticking to it. I asked my husband to walk across the floor to make sure it wasn’t just my shoes, and his shoes stuck as well. This morning after my workout, I turned on the shower and discovered that the water was not draining properly. I attempted to adjust the drain and found that it appeared to be broken. My husband then had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the water to slowly drain before he could take a shower. I called the front desk around 7:00 a.m. and was told that someone would be sent up right away to address the issue. I have just returned to my room at 12:47 p.m., and nothing has been done. The bathroom floor is still dirty, and the drain issue remains unresolved. I am very disappointed with both the condition of the room and the lack of follow-through after reporting the problem. I would appreciate immediate attention to these issues and would like to discuss an appropriate resolution.

  I’ve stayed at many hotels, but every once in a while you meet someone who completely changes your experience—and for me, that person was Victor. To be honest, this review is less about the hotel itself and more about the incredible impact one employee had on my entire trip to Cleveland. I must have crossed paths with well over 100 people during my visit, and Victor was without question the highlight of them all. Every single time he saw me, he made it a point to come over, say hello, and genuinely connect. That kind of consistency and kindness is rare. He didn’t just do his job—he brought energy, positivity, and warmth that could completely change the mood of the room. His attitude was absolutely contagious. Victor has the kind of personality that instantly lifts people up. High energy, uplifting, welcoming, and genuinely happy—it felt like he lit up every room he walked into. Day after day, he remembered me, greeted me like an old friend, and made me feel valued as a guest. That level of hospitality can’t be trained—it comes from the kind of person he is. Out of every single person on staff, Victor stood out above the rest. He didn’t just make my hotel stay better—he made my entire Cleveland trip better. Employees like Victor are rare, and any business is lucky to have someone like him representing them. If management sees this: recognize Victor. He is a star.

  It’s so hard finding a hotel in a town you are completely unfamiliar with. The reviews you find online often are not helpful, SO, I hope this helps you. This hotel is what I expected. Parking was easy, and free. My room is spacious and clean, and it’s not too outdated at all. Maybe a slight scent of must but not bad. High ceilings on the first floor. The gym is small and needs some serious updating, but I still got the job done. Pool and hot tub seemed clean. I would have got into that hot tub if i had had the appropriate attire. What’s best is the location. It’s is easy and safe to park. And you are less than 10 minutes from great local restaurants and bars. Very safe and very nice neighborhood!! The houses around here during the holidays give Home Alone vibes, in the best way. If you are traveling for work and want a nice spot to eat well, and maybe work on your laptop, check out Thyme Table. 7min drive. Ironwood cafe is open later and has a fun and lively bar scene. They have it all decked out for Christmas. And Thursday-Sunday their “Christmas bar” is open. Don’t quote me on this, just trust me is a great spot :) Same 7min drive from hotel. If you are more of a homebody, you could literally walk to 3 different chain style restaurants nearby.
