Peggy Bluma month agoI have never written a bad hotel review before, but this one deserves it. After being out all day we return to find there has been NO housekeeping! Beds unmade, used towels on the floor etc. upon calling the desk I was told that since the hotel was so full maid service was only being provided if requested. This was never told to us. So we requested they at least send clean towels, and were told they couldn’t do that either, but we could come down to the desk and get them. Further, the room was musty and the breakfast was mediocre at best!

The staff provided top-quality service and were always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s peaceful atmosphere, combined with its convenient location, made my entire visit smooth and highly enjoyable.

I appreciated the amenities, especially the gym and the breakfast options. Everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully managed. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and reliability.
Andy McFarland2 weeks agoParking is not great. Outside doors don't work. Had to use main entrance at all times. Hotel ran out of towels around 8pm. Said they wouldn't have clean towels till next shift came in. When I asked for more the next morning, the lady at the desk wasn't sure if they had 4 clean towels. And we woke up to ants in our room. In the bathroom and in an empty cup that had pop in it. Breakfast was terrible.
Rabbilu Abdul7 months agoExcellent service and very friendly staff. The room was modern, clean, and well organized with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant served excellent food, and the views from the terrace were stunning. I really enjoyed my time here and can’t wait to return.
