  This hotel had by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! This is a very military friendly hotel, they will work with you for early check in if you really need it. Rebecca was absolutely amazing, there are no words! She was very accommodating, patient and overall kind. My room was super clean and I had a beautiful view. I felt super safe in this hotel as the elevator is key activated. Yes it was a little noisy because of the drivers outside but what exactly can the hotel do about that? They put white noise machines/night light in each room to drown out the noise which helps! The only hotel I’ll stay in when I come back to this city!

  Honestly, this hotel deserves way more love than it gets. I’ve stayed here, and my experience was nothing like some of the negative reviews out there. From the second I walked in, the whole atmosphere felt right — super clean, modern, and stylish. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, they answered everything I needed, and they made me feel like an actual guest, not just a room number. The rooms were exactly what I hoped for: Clean and fresh Comfortable beds Everything worked perfectly Calm, classy vibe that honestly feels like a big-city hotel The lobby and bar area? A whole vibe. It’s cozy, perfect for chilling, studying, or grabbing a drink. The food and drinks were great too — no issues at all. Valet and service were fast, and everyone I interacted with was respectful and professional. Whatever changes they made to the staff, it honestly feels like they made the experience even better for guests. People usually only review when they’re upset, so here’s the truth from someone who actually enjoyed their stay: This hotel is clean, well-managed, and absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I had a great work stay at AC Wichita downtown. The gym is phenomenal! It is large with plenty of equipment and space for multiple people to workout and have access to equipment. I love all the hydration stations on every floor with ice and water. Room was very clean and the AC and air control was all working great which doesn’t happen much in hotel rooms. The valet was also affordable and both Darian and Josiah were so friendly, kind and helpful. They made conversation and worked efficiently. Overall I recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again.

  I had an excellent stay at the AC Hotel Wichita Downtown. The staff was so friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. I really enjoyed the dinner at the hotel restaurant the food was delicious, well-presented, and full of flavor. The bar was another highlight of my stay! It had a great atmosphere with amazing cocktails and a beautiful view of downtown Wichita. The location is ideal, close to everything in the city, and the overall service was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Wichita. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Adding to my review now that I have stayed a few days. The staff here have been terrific. From welcoming smiles at the front desk to great service at breakfast (Jonathan), it's been a great stay. My initial impression of the room was that it was dark and plain. But after staying a few days, realized that the bed is very comfortable and the room quality is top notch. Just need to turn on all the lights and it's fine. *** Caleb and Aspen (the valets) did a nice job welcoming me to the hotel and explaining how to use the app to let them know when I'll need my car. The hotel lobby is very nice. Looking forward to a great stay!
