Lissy Burgos3 weeks agoWe recently stayed at this hotel from May 21–24, and the experience was absolutely amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations in every way. The hotel is truly beautiful, with a unique organic atmosphere that makes it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mustapha, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of at all times, regardless of the hour. His attentiveness and dedication made our stay even more memorable. The hotel was spotless, and our room was thoughtfully prepared and extremely comfortable. We were so impressed with our experience that we don't want to stay anywhere else. We will definitely choose 1 Hotel for future trips and destinations. If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate! You will not be disappointed.
Sarah Wa month agoAbout to wrap up a long weekend at 1 Hotel Nashville, and this has been such a great stay. We came in for the Chris Stapleton concert at Nissan Stadium and wanted something fun, upscale, and walkable—and this absolutely delivered. The location is fantastic. Easy access to Broadway, Printer’s Alley, restaurants, and downtown without feeling like you’re sleeping in the middle of nonstop tourist chaos. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Luxury without feeling pretentious. Beautiful natural design, super comfortable rooms, and a bed that made getting up each morning a questionable life choice. What really stood out was the service. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful—not fake “scripted hospitality” nice. A couple examples: the in-room fridge is stocked with minibar items, but when we asked about having space for our own drinks/snacks, they brought up an empty refrigerator for us to use. I also realized there wasn’t a makeup mirror in the room, and one was delivered quickly without issue. Those little things matter. We also made use of the hotel car service, which was a very cool electric Audi and such a nice perk. We had breakfast included with our stay, used our hotel credit at 1 Kitchen, and everything we had was great. The overall vibe here is just cool—relaxed, polished, energetic, but not trying too hard. Only warning: staying here may ruin average hotels for you afterward. Would absolutely stay here again!
Monique Garner3 months agoWent here for my bday and loved every minute, the service was amazing from start to finish. Rooms, drinks, even the soap was top tier! I visited the spa and that was the best part. Location is awesome and within walking distance from everything. They brought cake and champagne to my room and I felt so spoiled! I can’t wait to go back.

Tashaera was immensely helpful, Oscar at the bar was friendly and made excellent drinks, and the staff at the restaurant were nothing but great. It’s one of the reasons I love coming back to the 1 hotel whenever I can. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Safi Bia month agoI had a wonderful experience at Harriet’s and ended up visiting twice during my stay. Isabel was our server both times, and she truly made the experience exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and elevated our overall experience. Thank you, Isabel, for making our visits so enjoyable. Kennedy at the front desk was an amazing too.
