Rob Maloney4 weeks agoMy wife and I recently stayed at this hotel while attending a concert at Nissan Stadium. The hotel is conveniently located within an 8–10 minute walk to Nissan Stadium. Upon arrival, Andrea Wright checked us in and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was able to accommodate an early check-in for us and was extremely pleasant, cheerful, and friendly. The entire hotel staff was very accommodating and welcoming throughout our entire stay. They also have an amazing restaurant connected to the lobby. The food and drinks were amazing, and the wait staff was prompt, attentive, and friendly. There was also great live music playing, which added to the atmosphere. The rooms were exceptional, and the hotel is in a fantastic location near many great attractions. We will definitely be staying here again for all of our future trips to Nashville.
Alisha Davisa month agoWe recently hosted a large client event at Hotel Indigo Nashville, and we can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. The location was fantastic, and the hotel’s warm, inviting/charming atmosphere created the perfect setting for our event. Having the entire second floor to ourselves was truly a meeting planner’s dream! What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Our planning partners — Bruce, Kristen, and Steve — were incredible to work with from start to finish. Onsite, Hector and Azza provided outstanding day-of support and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. The chef and bartenders were also top-tier, not only in their craft but as people — professional, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. We would highly recommend both staying at Hotel Indigo Nashville and hosting an event here. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
H2 weeks agoStayed one night for a military ball down the street. Everything about our stay was great. Heather at the front desk was amazing! She was helpful and so friendly. The valet always had our car ready to go with no waiting around. We will definitely be back
Stacey Merkel5 months agoOur stay at Hotel Indigo Nashville – The Countrypolitan was absolutely incredible. I don’t normally write reviews, but I really wanted to share my weekend experience. The hotel itself is beautiful—spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The lobby alone is a whole experience… from the vibe to the amazing scent, it sets the tone the moment you walk in. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the bartender, Steve N. His drinks were beyond amazing—some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had—and his service was top-notch. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He single-handedly elevated our entire trip!!! We’ve stayed at many boutique hotels in Nashville, and this one stands above them all. The live music in the lobby/bar was better than anything we experienced on the strip—talented, intimate, and the perfect Nashville atmosphere without the chaos. We will 100% be back. Highly recommend staying here—and make sure you grab a drink from Steve N while you’re there!
Sharon Mooresa month agoThe bar/restaurant/lounge is the star here. Charmingly designed, great art on the walls (I covet their Blaken "Dolly" print so bad), excellent food, beautiful stage and surprisingly great music. We ended up spending both Thursday and Friday night at the hotel listening to 3 different musicians/bands who were excellent. Service was great. Everyone at the front desk, lounge and valet were lovely and helpful. We appreciated getting cans of water in the room every day. Lots of places in the room to charge devices. One downside: The couch in the room was fun to look at but not comfortable.
