N Lia month agoWe stayed one night on a Saturday here, we booked the standard room and got upgraded to a pool view room, reception staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made us feel welcomed as compared to aloft hotel that we stayed in Novena, we got none of these. The room is large with complete 5 stars amenities. Bed linen is soft and feel luxurious. Only minus point, the toilet has no bidet. Everything is the room is perfect, bathtub is large! Love it! Swimming pool is large with pool bar! Jason’s supermarket is nearby but they close at 8pm! There is another supermarket called ‘Cold storage’ which is about 10mins walk. Breakfast the next day is also 5 STARS, staff is exceptional, food is great! 10, 10, 10 points across the board! Checkout is smooth, parking is complimentary for in house guests (1 time). We would definitely come back for special occasions.
Christina Mantoura5 months agoWe love the pool! Great slide, great service (with a smile) and a swim up bar! Free ice lollies for the kids. The Sunday brunch is excellent- plus magician for the kids! Love it! Even the outdoor chess set and badminton and football goals make it a really fun day out. DJ vibes and relaxation!
Jessie Tan5 months agoI had a fantastic stay at W Hotel Singapore! The swimming pool is clean, beautifully designed, and a lot of fun. The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants, offering a great variety of food options. It’s perfect for individuals, couples, and families alike. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making guests feel right at home as they go out of their way to accommodate requests. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a gym and yoga classes with a professional coach. I highly recommend this hotel to families looking to enjoy Singapore, especially those planning to spend a few days in the Sentosa area. I will definitely be coming back!
Kelsey Cooka month agoAbsolutely incredible service from Nigel and the entire team! Nigel went so far above and beyond to make our stay perfect and seamless! He was fantastic in getting us into our room early with almost no notice upon our arrival, upgraded our suite to a room with a wrap around balcony and awesome view, and left personal treats like wine and fruit in our room thru our stay. Gym is spacious and well equipped. Didn’t spend much time at pool but looked nice. Shuttle service from hotel is convenient for getting to attractions on the island! Breakfast spread was terrific…lots of variety and all options were fresh and expertly prepared! Would highly recommend!!
Sayem al Fayed2 months agoTop notch experience! Very good service from everyone working there. You meet nothing but smiles from everyone. That combined with a spectacular hotel, amazing food and a perfect swimming pool. Nice to be down by the harbour with many local and cool restaurants as well. Shuttle service (free) to many other useful locations. Young kids loved the hotel, and adults loved it as well. Highly recommend this hotel!
