Christopher Clark2 weeks agoMy recent dining experience at Vora Restaurant was generally positive, characterized by excellent service from Miles. I particularly enjoyed the calamari, which was exceptionally tender, perfectly seasoned, and creatively served in a parmesan bowl. The Short Rib Rago, featuring a rich tomato-based sauce, was equally delicious; however, the burrata was supposed to be with the dish as listed on the menu but none on the plate. I had the Sesti Monteleccio Toscana by the glass. Perfect with this ragu. While the Herbed Gnocchi was beautifully presented, I found the fried gnocchi and grilled chicken to be quite bland, lacking the necessary seasoning or herbs to complement the dish. Despite this, I remain a fan of the restaurant and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with the chef or management.
Dan Pankratz3 weeks agoAfter two visits here, it's safe to say Vora might become an annual spot. I am also someone who isn't necessarily partial to elevated European food, and this place still absolutely delivered. The short rib ragu, Scottish salmon, and chicken ratatouille are all delectable picks and go great after a plate of Burrata. The cocktail selection here is also quite good and I highly recommend the espresso martinis and Aperol Spritz. An excellent spot for a date night or upscale evening with friends!
Enrique Almaguer2 months agoWell delicious, did burn the roof off my mouth though with that feta stuffed pastry, be careful. Got the Ratatouille chicken. Was still hurting from earlier delicious cheese with sourdough crackers. Anyways the waiter would disappear for like ever, had to get water and my bill paid from other servers after he said he'll bring more water. Good dude but dunno how many tables he had🤷. Anyways, they stuck me at a corner so didn't really feel the atmosphere. Definitely will come again, but not tonight.
Vivian Schuriga month agoWent in the early evening so we had a nice quite experience. Took my mom here for a late mother's day dinner and the food was delicious for the price. May be a bit pricey but if you're looking for somewhere nice for a date night or an anniversary this is the place for you.
