  Really good atmosphere and really good service. The food was amazing as well. This is a really good place to go for a romantic evening with your significant other. One of the better places in Wichita. Steak is superb as well.

  I have eaten here a few times now, all in which a steak has always been ordered. As chronic steak eater, I am not impressed. During this visit we ordered the Tomahawk Wagyu steak that ran us $145, and there was no distinct difference from other bone-in styled steaks that we have ordered here. Least to say, the Wagyu Tomahawk is extremely underwhelming and not worth the money by any means. For the sides, I am also not impressed and think there is lots of room for improvement. I can say, the bead offered is absolutely fabulous every single visit and I’d be satisfied eating only that. The drinks have always been amazing, no complaints there. The restaurant as a whole is gorgeous with the most elegant touches and the service has always exceeded expectations. It is a shame that the food does not correspond with the rest of these aspects. Unfortunately, we will not be returning but if improvements are made to the steaks we would gladly give it another try!

  We went for our first time ever!! Loved the brunch! Chilaquiles were a 10/10! ( Best ones I’ve ever had out here in Kansas - A California girl ) My kids got from the kids menu which was pancakes & fruit. Love that they had a sharing mimosa for $15! My waiter was the BEST & she made sure to make me feel special for my birthday 💖

  6S is not the kind of restaurant we would normally dine at. It is too upscale and expensive for our budget. We were given a gift certificate for Christmas last year by our niece. We had one dinner earlier this year and it was over $120. I decided to try the brunch much to my husband's dismay. I had the Continental breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, and the breakfast potatoes. I thought everything I had was good. My husband and our friend we invited had the biscuits and gravy with over easy eggs. They both said the eggs were good but the biscuits and gravy could use some improvement. The gravy was very thin and the sausage didn't have a lot of flavor almost like it was a packaged mix. Also $4 for a glass of juice is excessive in my opinion and $6 for bottled beer is definitely excessive. Almost $85 for three brunches is ridiculous in my opinion. We were able to use the rest of our gift certificate which was our goal.

  We visited 6S Steakhouse on Saturday evening before an event, and overall it was a really lovely experience. The food was excellent. We both ordered filets with a side of whipped potatoes, and my steak was cooked perfectly. The flavors were spot-on and everything came out exactly as it should. We each enjoyed a drink as well, and I was impressed with their wine selection. To finish the meal, we shared the crème brûlée, which was a wonderful way to end the evening. The service deserves special mention. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the meal. Everything was paced well and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. One small note about the atmosphere: we arrived dressed up since we were heading to an event afterward, and received several compliments from staff, which was very kind. However, I was a little surprised to see there doesn’t appear to be any real dress code. While I appreciate restaurants wanting to be welcoming to everyone, seeing people arrive in very casual attire like shorts takes away a bit from the ambiance you expect at a higher-end steakhouse. Personally, I miss the days when nicer restaurants encouraged a slightly more polished dining experience. That said, the quality of the food and the excellent service are what matter most, and 6S certainly delivers on both. I would absolutely return again.
