Bryan Keith4 months agoThe atmosphere feels very nice. It is comfortable and welcoming. People working there are very friendly. They smile and help a lot. Everything seems calm and relaxing. The place is clean and bright. It’s easy to feel at ease there. You'll find a pleasant experience.
lindzann4164 months agoCalled a month in advance to request a room on a higher floor and ended up on 8 (out of 22). Not a lovely view but ok, I understand requests cannot be guaranteed. Booked a suite to enjoy a special family weekend. Junior suite advertised as having a bathroom tub with separate shower and double vanity. Our room had a walk in shower and a small sink with nearly no vanity. Difficult for 3 ladies. Also, Do not expect to put much in the very mini, mini fridge. We used our Tetris skills trying to fit the leftovers from The shore house in hotel restaurant. Side note… Both restaurants had great food. No microwave in room to reheat said leftovers. GREAT location if you want to skate on the canal. Didn’t see the value is the cost for the suite sadly. It sounds like the better option would be to book a regular room with a Parliament view.
Brian Westlye2 months agoArrived very late on a Wednesday. Had zero delays in checking in and since the on-site store was closed the person checking me in was kind enough to get me some extra water. Hotel is quiet and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Hotel bar was very nice. Bartender Alex was extremely friendly and since it was a Holiday Weekend it was slow, so he kept me entertained with great conversation.
Radio Philou2 months agoWe were vraiment impressed by the service of the hotel. They changed us for another room to have an extra bed. Everything with smile and conviviality. The rooms are huge and clean, the hotel is very class and close to all you need in downtown !
Be Thomas5 months agoMy husband and I love staying here. This time was made extra special by Angela, who checked us in and made us feel extra special. The room's view was exceptional and oh so quiet. It was spacious and very clean. Thank you Angela for helping us celebrate. We will never forgot your kindness and attention to detail. 💕
