Ari Yeganeha month agoJust had an amazing stay at Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa! From the moment you arrive, you’re met by an incredible team that sets a high standard right from the driveway. The valet and front desk teams were both extremely welcoming, efficient, and knowledgeable. The rooms were updated, pristine, and much larger than expected. Every restaurant and bar we visited maintained that same exceptional level of service, not to mention the fantastic food and drinks. With its excellent conference facilities, beautiful golf course, and close proximity to Six Flags, this resort is perfectly equipped for any kind of stay. Highly recommended and easily my first choice in the San Antonio area!

She went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, making our experience truly enjoyable. Based on the level of service we received, I would recommend this resort without hesitation. Trinity sets a high standard for hospitality, and the entire staff reflects that same commitment to excellent customer service. She is a tremendous asset to the resort and played a major role in making our stay memorable. Also, Shannon Rene at the concierge desk was amazing. From the moment we met her, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. She has a way of making everything feel easy, no matter what you need help with. If you're looking to coordinate something special for a loved one or need help with any arrangements during your stay, Shannon is the person to see. She is incredibly organized, thoughtful, and always seems to know exactly what to do. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made a huge difference in our experience.
Jennifer-C Saenz3 weeks agoHoward (valet area) was incredibly kind, hospitable, and thoughtful. He remembered our names, gave my friend (who recently had surgery) a ride to her car on the golf cart, and went above and beyond to make my friend feel seen and loved. Other staff members (bar, security, maintenance, front desk) were friendly and helpful as well. My only con was that guests of the hotel no longer have access to the spa (just to lounge) like they used to years ago. I would have been happy with a minimal fee or even a 2 hour day pass to enjoy the spa amenities but it seems like it’s a separate entity with the new management.
Dalton Puryear4 weeks agoOur company held an offsite at La Cantera Resort a couple of weeks ago, and it was an absolute 10/10 experience. The property itself is gorgeous, but what truly sets it apart is the hospitality. The entire staff made sure everyone in our group was taken care of from the moment we arrived. A huge shoutout to Andre and the team at Metropolis - their service was absolutely immaculate, incredibly efficient, and made the entire stay completely stress-free. We will definitely be back!
Saraa month agoWonderful stay! Every single person from valet to the front desk to the restaurants to the pool staff were so pleasant and welcoming. They made us feel very welcomed especially being a diamond member, couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely be coming back and the property was just beautiful! Wish we could of experienced the spa but they were booked up, next time! Thank you again for a great stay!
