shraddha gupta5 months agoThe rooms were big and spacious, with clean sheets and a very clean, well-maintained bathroom. They also provide robes and slippers, which was a nice touch. Access to the club room is a big plus—you get breakfast, light snacks in the evening from 5–7 pm, and access throughout the day to coffee, water, sodas, chips, and light munchies. It’s especially convenient for stocking up before heading to Disney. We stayed mainly for Disney, and the location worked well. The hotel is about a mile away, and the Disney shuttle stops right outside the hotel every half hour. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is not free and costs $28 per night. The shuttle to Disney is also paid ($6 for the whole day), which is good to know so you can budget ahead. The fitness room is open 24/7, and you can refill water bottles with hot or cold water anytime. Housekeeping is done daily upon request. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a decent room rate, with good amenities and a convenient location.
Stephanie Decastro3 months agoWe stayed here during Christmas time and everything was perfect. Rooms were clean and serviced every day. The front desk staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff were top of the line! The breakfast was so good and fresh every morning. The staff at the restaurant are exceptional and definitely made our decision to go back! They make you feel at home and go above and beyond. Thank you!!
Katie Fa month agoThis hotel gave me bedbugs from room 255. I was there for two nights, and a couple days after my stay, I had about 50 bites all over my body. I called to let the hotel staff know about the bed bugs, and the response of the man on the phone was “Well, we have students on a field trip staying in that room right now, so we can’t check for the bed bugs. We will email or call you as soon as we get more information.” So just know, if you’re staying here, the hotel staff may know there are bed bugs in your room but will not intervene because it is inconvenient for them. Also, they never emailed or called me to give me updates. I had to call them myself to hear back. They said they were going to get “third party testing” and that they would make it a priority to email me the results. Again, they never emailed me. The psychological and physiological damage endured by being bit 50+ times by bed bugs as a result of this hotel’s laziness and ignorance is unbelievable. It is also worrisome that they’re okay letting children be subjected to bed bugs if it means being inconvenienced to check the room/move the guests to a new room. Absolutely zero follow through from this lazy staff. Please do not stay here unless you want bed bug bites all over your body and want to have to deeply sanitize/throw out all your bedding, clothes, hopes and dreams.
Dan Perez7 months agoWe used to love this place. Had been staying here for 15 years, 4 or 5 times a year. We were on a first name basis with many of the staff, especially the over night crew because we would check in late. However, the last few times we stayed there were awful. Some of the new staff members are extremely rude. I mentioned to them how we were treated by the old staff and some of the accommodations they would provide for us like free parking, late check out, etc. It wasn't every time, but it kept us coming back. We loved it there. As I was telling this to the new staff, her response was, "yeah, that's why they were all let go!" I knew that was untrue because we had enough rapport with the previous staff members that we knew when they were leaving and why. To tell a guest that staff members were fired because they took care of repeat clients was unacceptable. I know I am writing a novel here, but this whole situation pisses me off because we live near Sacramento and are annual pass holders to the parks. We loved this hotel, but their staff killed it. We are staying somewhere else because their staff actually cared about client relations and when there are certain things that can't be done, they say it in a polite, professional manner, not in a curt, rude manner. Comfortable, clean rooms, rude staff. Stay here at your own risk. I hope your experience is not as bad as ours the last few times we went.
Crystal3 weeks agoClean nice hotle. Im not a fan of having to pay for $28 a night for parking... also I lost my parking ticket and had to pay $60 i only stayed one night.. disappointed at the fact I got charged an extra $5 for water I did not even drink....
