Tiffanya month agoI cannot say enough good things about my experience here! I booked one night over the weekend for my graduation. The staff were so helpful and the hotel was so nice, clean, quiet and relaxing! We booked a corner suite room and it was huge!! There was plenty of space for us to get ready for the ceremony and the room was very clean! I loved being able to get a complimentary drink at happy hour, the bartender was so nice! We ate at the restaurant for dinner and everything was so delicious especially the chocolate cake! The free breakfast buffet was amazing too, they had literally any breakfast item you could ever want. Devin, the front office manager was especially kind. He helped us take our bags to the room, gave us plenty of water and was very accommodating when I realized I would need late checkout because of my graduation. Him and the other front desk staff congratulated me, and it made the experience so memorable for me. I will definitely be staying here again and will recommend to others. Thank you guys so much for such a positive experience!
Michaelangelo Pena4 weeks agoParking is a little tight. Some vehicles were taking up 2 parking spots. Arrived 30 mins before check in time. Was told room was not ready had to wait till 4. Once we got our room it had a terrible smell. House keeping left a diaper from previous guest that smelled awful and the smell stayed even once I threw it out. Took the family to the pool area very nice clean pool but there was no towels available.
Jessica Alley2 weeks agoThe pool and hot tub are disgusting. Black dirt in the hot tub with fungus on the side. There looks to be fecal matter in the pool. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and the bathtub has dirt stains around what looked to be where the bath mat used to be. Everyone was helpful but nothing is clean.
joel washington2 months agoA Special Thanks to (Candace) the front desk receptionist, whose warm welcome and her pleasant demeanor made all the difference. My stay at the Embassy Suites La Brea (3-29-26) - (3-31-26) room 526 was fantastic. The location was ideal—close to shopping and dining—and the service was top-notch. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast. I would absolutely stay again!
Troy Keath Sr.2 months agoGreat hotel, huge clean pool, very relaxing experience!! Staff was amazing, especially managing staff, Mr. Devin Okuno. We left an item in our room and he personally reached out and let us know that we left something behind and that he would gladly mail it to our home. Thanks again Devin!! We definitely will be back in the near future!
