Jared Landers4 months agoMy wife, two kids, and I were in town for a Universal Studios and Disneyland trip for the week. After doing a fair amount of research, the deciding factor in choosing this property was the offer of a Disneyland shuttle; we used it several times during our stay. The shuttle runs on a daily schedule of drop-off and pickup times that are easy to set up with the drivers (best to coordinate the day/evening ahead to secure seats). Dave was a great shuttle driver and had good rapport and patience with our kids who enjoyed talking with him, which was much appreciated. We frequented the onsite restaurant most mornings for breakfast. The staff was friendly, service was quick, food was good, and pricing reasonable. Being able to order Starbucks coffee from the onsite barista with breakfast was also convenient. The room was clean, well maintained, and everything you could ask for after a long day walking through the parks. Our room had a mini-fridge and microwave, which helped with our picky eater. We are not sure when we will next be in the area but already have this property lock as our place to stay when we do. Our only warning, and this is not a detraction from the hotel, is that if you are going to Universal Studios from this location plan an hour minimum travel time each way, as LA traffic can be a beast. Disneyland is 15 mins.
Coot Erstaina month agoThis place is amazing, location, the food was amazing, I even use the laundry service. It was two dollars for the washer, and two dollars for the laundry, about half an hour each machine. Bring your own cash or change, though, there’s ATM, but it’s like three dollars usage. As soon as I arrive there, the lady, front desk, I think her name was Nike. Yes, I said that correctly. One amazing smile! She is a gem! Great guide, never said no to anything…shes here for the people! Plus an amazing pool, hot tub at night, really close to everything and kind of the middle of everything. Medieval times is a walk down the road, a nice steakhouse across the street, and even a gas station for that last-minute quicky items. Parking is plenty, and the rooms are fairly clean! I slept fine for four business days, will return for sure. One last thing there’s an actual gift shop in this place! Pretty neat.
Joe Jordan5 months agoFrom the first moment I walked into this Doubletree Hotel, Nike (the front desk hostess) made me feel welcome and relaxed. During this and all future interactions she was super nice, courteous, helpful, and kind. Thanks to Nike, I knew my stay there was going to be special - read on! I found the temperature of the hotel hallways and bar/restaurant to be very comfortable even as the temperature outside was erratic (December 21-23, 2025). All staff I encountered were very cordial and offered assistance - even when not asked. I felt at home. All door locks and keyless entries in the app worked flawlessly which added to the sense of security. This property should be used as a standard for all Hilton properties. The only issue I has was that someone had locked the in-room safe open. This did not pose a problem for me as I didn't need to use it, so I did not report it to the staff. Please book this hotel the next time, and every time, you're going to Disney or Knott's Berry Farm and/or have to be near Koreatown anytime in the future. You won't be disappointed. Have a great new year!

He messaged me about my stay, sent up a few things that I needed from housekeeping, gave us warm chocolate chip cookies & was just great! Alex, the other Front desk Manager messaged me the next day, and was very helpful & attentive as well. I would definitely stay here again!
Sara Hancock2 weeks agoThe parking sucks and breakfast is just like going to a restaurant ordering it off the menu so it's a little different than some of the other places that I'm used to but other than that it's amazing beautiful hotel clean. Easy to get around..
